The pool, playground and beach were so fun for our little kids. They especially loved the all you can eat ice cream and popcorn!

Excellent place for families staying in Syros. Amazing location, right on the beach, fantastic views, lovely pool, plenty of loungers and a decent enough amount of eateries. One good bar on the corner for a game of pool at the end of the evening too!!

Location is great but the hotel needs a makeover
The place has alot of potential - a great location. But it’s really not updated in interior and rooms are very worn/old with handles almost falling out, missing confortable furniture in the room and terrace - a daybed, sunchair or something like this would be great inside and in the terrace. Outside bamboo as roof over part of the terrace so there os shade during the warm hours and it also looks great. The staff at the reception esa not to fríendly and could not all speak and understand english. Nice smiling man at the breakfast chekin but a chaotic and noisy breakfast experience. The kids liked the pool and free popcorn and icecream. The beach is great. Dont miss a hike to Stefanos church in a beautiful cave a few hours trip in good shoes. Sorry to say but four stars is really overrated and thé price is to expensive for what you get.

Great for families!
Fantastic place for families. Great location, nice villas. Only problem is the pre-occupation of the sunbeds around the pool. Leaves the slow families with no sundbed.

A fuir sauf si maso...
Je n'ai pas pour habitude de mal noter des hôtels mais là, quelle déception : Chambre sombre. Impossible de garder la porte ouverte qui donnait directement sur le lit.... Eau non potable, salée, wi-fi absent dans la chambre (contrairement aux dires d'Internet), TV avec écran défectueux, salle de bain très étroite, lieux communs tristes avec une salle de restaurant digne d'un réfectoire d'école ! Sur 4 nuits passées 2 nuits blanches (mariage + rodéo motos). Accueil peu chaleureux. Piscine avec toboggan : j'attends toujours son fonctionnement. Quant à l'autre piscine, il faut y arriver avant 8 heures pour espérer pouvoir se poser.... Seul point positif : le petit déjeuner Bref cet étoile ne peut pas être un 4 étoiles comme indiqué sur le site.

Delphine Bay is een groot hotel tegen een heuvel gebouwd.De kamers zijn groot, de badkamer is verouderd.Het ontbijt is gevarieerd.Er is een zwembad, maar dat is eigenlijk te klein voor het grote aantal gasten. Het ligt aan een mooi strand,waar de ligbedden betalend zijn:20€ per dag voor een stel.

It is the perfect family holiday place . Location next to the beach, great facilities, breakfast and choice if lunch / dinner at good value for money. Staff are very friendly and informative, nothing is too much for them. Overall one of the best holidays ever, and off course the island and the town can satisfy the most demanding visitors. We will definitely come back

Most beautiful hotel location
The best choice in the area of Galissas with an excellent stay. Sonia at the front Desk is the most accommodating staff that gives the best advice and ideas for the island! The hotel is located just under the beautiful chapel of Saint Paikou from where you can see the wonderful sunset and two most beautiful beaches of the island. Would definitely go back and recommend it to any type of traveller.

Very friendly stuff and really nice access to the beach. Everything was really great. Breakfast was a bit crowded and loud but stuff made us feel really welcomed !

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι φανταστικό! Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό! Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα, πολύ καθαρά και άνετα! Κλείσαμε δύο δίκλινα δωμάτια και μας δόθηκαν δύο τρίκλινα με βεράντα και θέα θάλασσα. Υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας που οδηγεί στα δύο επίπεδα των bangalows και βανάκι που μεταφέρει, εάν το επιθυμείτε, τις αποσκευές σας στο δωμάτιο. Πολύ πλούσιο πρωινό και καλομαγειρεμένα γεύματα σε προσιτές τιμές στο beach bar του ξενοδοχείου. Δωρεάν παγωτό και ποπ κορν για τους μικρούς επισκέπτες από το beach bar! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται μπροστά στη θάλασσα και η παραλία είναι ίσως η καλύτερη του νησιού! Παρέχονται δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες στο beach bar και στο χώρο της πισίνας εντός του ξενοδοχείου. Διαθέτει όμορφους εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς χώρους για ένα καφέ, σνακ ή ποτό. Είναι ιδανικό για ήρεμες και ξεκούραστες διακοπές. Μια οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά μπορεί να περάσει υπέροχα - και όχι μόνο αυτή φυσικά! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Έκανε τις διακοπές μας ομορφότερες. Θα ξαναέρθουμε!

Fantastic family holiday
Fantastic position on the side of the bay with amazing views and really well designed for family holidays. Loved being among so many Greek families on holiday. Only a handful of English people staying. The pool was great - really deep and big - and steps from the sea. The staff could not have been more helpful. We were selling/buying a house in the UK during our stay and the staff helped us with printing out, witnessing and sending legal documents. Sunset was beautiful - great light.

La strutura nel complesso è stata piacevole ma con alcuni servizi perlomeno spiacevoli. Le stanze di alloggio ampie ma con arredi non di un hotel a quattro stelle, dotazioni nei bagni non adeguati, quando c'era il cambio delle lenzuola del letto, bisognava fare da soli, perchè non veniva completato dagli incaricati. La chiave dea stanza era unica e se si usciva da soli, l altra persona non poteva uscire successivamente perchè non in possesso di una seconda chiave. Assurdo! Neanche un hotel di due stelle ha questi inconvenienti! Il wi fi offerto ha un segnale pessimo, si naviga su inernet a 2/3 Mega p.s.è impossibile connettersi.

Perfect place for the family
This hotel is really a family hotel. Kids loved the hotel and the beach. Rooms have a fantastic view of the bay and we where lucky to get our room on the top floor with a big balcony. Helpful and pleasant personnel. Breakfast buffe with all food you need. The little village where hotel is located is a hidden pearl. Great restaurants and a very nice beach with only sand.

Great family choice
Hotel was clean and nicely laid out. Great pool and right on the beach. The only downfall was it’s on the other side of the island from the main town which is great for food and nightlife.

Nice hotel close to beach with large swimming pool
We have gone to Syros for many years and love it. This year decided to stay at the Dolphin Bay Hotel. Our expectations were perhaps too high due to the price but I would say it was just ok. The plus point was the beds were very comfortable with lots of extra pillows if required. The kids enjoyed the large swimming pool and free sunbeds.

Mange småting gjør at dette 4-stjernershotellet sliter med å fortjene rangeringen sin. Rekkverket på balkongene er nok det verste, enten 30-40cm høye, eller bygget slik at de kan klatres gjennom - livsfarlig for små barn. Wifi fungerte ikke, fikk beskjed om at det var for mange gjester på hotellet. Ingen vannkoker eller kaffekopper på rommet, ingen badehåndduker og drikkeglassene ble ikke byttet - kun skyllet i vasken av de ansatte. Det manglet holder til dusjhodet. Flott lokalområde med nydelige badeforhold, men store deler av hotellet behøver å renoveres/oppgraderes.
