Thank you very much for your feedback about your stay. We always appreciate hearing from our guests about anything that could help us improve our guests experience and exceed their expectations. We did note two points in your review though, that we would like to address. The first being the pool. The main pool of the hotel is heating during the month of April, up until 29 Degrees Celsius, however it is an outdoor pool and therefor the wind and temperatures would naturally affect the temperature of the water. This April was unfortunately exceptionally cooler than previous years, but this is something that we do not have control over. With regards to our breakfast, may we remind you that your reservation was made on a Bed and Breakfast rate. Our breakfast menu, that you were offered is quite extensive and something our return guests look forward too. It is also ‘made to order’ and therefor you could select whatever you like from Croissants to Cereals, cold Appetisers, 7 different types of egg dishes or even Pancakes. You only needed to ask our team. We will take note to point this out to our guests more clearly in future. We do hope that overall you and your family had a good time on Santorini and that you managed to explore a little of the world famous caldera.
