What a beautiful location. Our host was fabulous and so helpful. The breakfasts were great and the view is spectacular. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel room was small but clean. Their breakfast has a good variety to choose from. The staff members were generally helpful. The only complaint we had was the wait for checking in. We arrived around 6pm, but there was no one at the front desk to check us into our room. We called, and it took the person ten minutes to come. Perhaps this should be expected.

Chambre petite, mal disposée mais vue imprenable du balcon. Située à 10 mn à pied du centre. Le jour de notre départ, l’hôtelier nous a accompagné gracieusement à l’embarcadaire et nous a fourni des capes de pluie en raison du passage d’une tempête tropicale.

Very nice
The hotel is an excellent location near kamares which is the port of Sifnos. The hotel and the staff were nice. The brakfast was also very nicr and delicious, there was a great variety. We booked a room with a sea view and the room had an amazing view and was clean. Although the room was a bit small. For example there wad bo space to open a large suitcase.

Cozy rooms near the main port
Very clean & friendly. Rooms are quite small but cozy and very clean. The only negative I can think of is the entrance in the parking area which needs a refurbishment

It was a lovely hotel . We were picked up from the ferry and taken back to the bus . Breakfast was nice . The room was great and the staff so very helpful.

Overpriced, old, uncomfortable & unprofessional
Not ideal, hotel is very clean, however it is very old. Be prepared to have loud noise early in the morning when the breakfast area opens at 8:00 am. Additionally the beds are horrible, this should be a 1 star hotel. The bathroom shower is so small it has a half circle enclosure that requires you to open the door in order to be able to turn in when taking a shower. Wrote an initial review and the management send a message telling us to never stay, based on the lack of professionalism I was originally courtesy but now feel compelled to inform all potential guests, of the conditions...we found cockroaches 2 of the 4 nights during our stay, after our review of the property also received unprofessional email response from management as mentioned, most places would embrace the feedback in order to improve since they are in the service industry, this owner is not cut out to be in the service industry.

Le personnel est très serviable ,agréable , et gentil. Nous avons passé 6 nuits L’endroit est calme, les chambres nickel . Pour nous , mauvais dormeurs , la literie était bonne mais , il est difficile de faire la nuit noire entre le fait qu il n y ai des « fenêtres « aux portes et les veilleuses ( issue de secours , TV) dans la chambre nous avons pu cacher avec les serviettes .Pas très bien insonorisé mais c est assez calme .Navette pour le ferrys.A2pas de la plage . ALK nous a prêter les serviettes de plage Proche des resto et petits commerces. Superbe terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner.ils nous ont gardé les valises pour notre dernier jour et permis de revenir dans la journée pouyprendre une douche et nous amener au ferry en fin de journée. Nous reviendrons ici si nous revenons à Sifnos.

Balcony and view were delightful. Transfer from ferry was efficient and very informative. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Position of hotel is very convenient for beach and local facilities.

Das Schiff konnte wegen Sturm am Hafen nicht anlegen. Wir konnten daher die Unterkunft nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Wir haben das Quatier tel. informiert. Die Gastgeberin bestätigte das, denn sie war am Hafen um uns abzuholen und sah, dass das Schiff nicht anlegen konnte und seine Reise nach Milos fortsetzen musste.

What I liked most was that it was located outside of the main beach area but still an easy walk. Very quiet and private. The furnishings were very European with plenty of storage and the balcony was so sweet with lovely view of the beach and town.

Quiet, clean and very friendly family hotel
Alexandros and his team are very friendly and guest oriented. they madew us feel at home from the first day on. Although somewhat small, we enjoyed the clean and tidy room (with air conditioning) and the little balcony with its splendid view to the sea. Breakfast buffet is very rich with scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh fruit, bread, toast and marmelade, coffee and fruit juice - not to forget the pies and chocolate cakes . Guests eat on the terrace with a splendid view to teh sea and beach of Kamares. Village and beach are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. And you get fresh towels for the beach every day. Well done Alexandros and team!

We had an amazing time in Sifnos. Alexander and his family and staff were incredible hosts. I had one of the best Mojitos ever at the bar. The beach is 5 minutes away( walking) and it's awesome ( ask for beach towels). Having a yummy breakfast on the terrace, looking at the Mediterranean Sea-priceless.

3 Charming nights in Sifnos at ALK Hotel!
ALK is a fantastic hotel on the other side of the port in Sifnos. It has all the Greek charm qualities which make visiting the Greek islands so much fun! The owner, Alexander is so welcoming and seemed to know everyone in town! When we first arrived we were told there were not any ATV's available on the island. Alexander said "let me call my friend" and next thing you know, we had an ATV for 3 days! He also gave us the best tips on where to go for star gazing, where to check out the best food for a quiet night by the water, or a fun night out on the town, and which beaches to see. Also, this hotel goes the extra mile with the room service. Every day the maids would fold all our clothes that were not in our suitcases, and organize our room in a very neat manner. We were so appreciative of these little touches! Sifnos is a beautiful island and anyone who has the opportunity to see it, should absolutely stay at ALK hotel!

A little out of the way; small room slightly old fashioned; breakfast uninspiring; barely saw any staff at all. It was ok, with good views, but could be made far more welcoming. Never saw the bar open, it said there was a snack bar upstairs, but that was always shut too.

Nous avons passé 4 jours à sifnos, nous avons été très bien accueilli à ALK hôtel. Tout le personnel est très sympathique, la chambre était très bien avec une petite terrasse vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner très bien également sur une terrasse couverte vue sur la mer. Le tout à 10 min à pied du centre ville et des arrêts de bus, et 5 min à peine de la plage.

Good hotel
On the plus side: quiet area (near a road but not very passing), very clean hotel and excellent breakfast. They come to pick you up or take you to the port upon request. Nice and helpful staff. They can organise the vehicle rental if asked. On the minus side: The decoration is old-fashioned (Shame they didn't choose the cycladic style). Very small bathroom. Our room was not serviced one day and no compensation for it was offered. contrary to other islands where we stayed no advice of where to go, eat etc was spontaneously offered. But we found that in Sifnos people are less friendly than in the other islands in any case (too many French like us perhaps!)
