"We had a 7 day stay we came for our daughter's Wedding - check in was easy, reception staff were lovely and helpful but when it came to our room it didn't take long before we were started to wonder as to when it was last cleaned?? everywhere we looked in our room it was covered in dust - skirting boards, top of fridge every piece of artwork, top of our bed, all around the toilet, we had cobwebs above our curtains, and the dryer filter was full. "On arrival everything was great. Staff at the reception were welcoming, got a recommendation for dinner and the room was perfect. The bed was also exceptional. I can't fault it. The exit was not so easy. The sensor to open the rollerdoor just wouldn't work. The driveway was on an incline so here I am going up and down trying to find the sensor in a concrete floor with no luck at all. I called reception and said I was trapped. A young man answered and said 'hold on a minute' then hung up...
