Everything was great. Host friendly and responsive. The condo was updated, clean and convenient to skiing. We will go back for a few extra days next you and stay at the same place. Great experience!

Joseph is always amazing, the condo is welcoming and there is always a great supply of items if you forget something. Joseph is extremely responsive and gives us great recommendations for dinner!!! The condo is always clean and the beds are comfy.

Really a wonderful day. The house was so thorough with instructions and check in information. I was very impressed by how organized he was. He even went out of his way to offer an earlier check in time without me, even asking. The house was immaculate and beautiful. It truly was a wonderful day and I highly recommend five stars!

This place was perfect and I’ll tell you why. Quiet location and easy access to the lift. Very clean and stocked with everything you would need. Very comfortable beds. Huge tv’s. Great fireplace. Joseph was awesome and super attentive. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for a family of four. We had two teenagers that skied for three days. A college friend came for a day as well. The house was able to handle all their teenage gear/nonsense/water usage (if you know you know). I was able to make food for everyone and there were lots of spots to stash bags, coolers, etc. The dryer was a bonus! Pros-cute decor. Beds are actually comfortable. Kitchen well-appointed. Gas fireplace adorable. Lightings, fans, noise machine, linens, chargers, all on point. I even hauled out a mini desk from the closet and painted one afternoon.The listing description is accurate. There is some walking to get to the condo, but I thought it was super easy. The spiral staircase was great for teens. Communication was easy and check-in and out was some of the best I’ve ever experienced.Skiing-the lift running closest to the condo closes at 4:30, but the boys were able to work it out by catching the lift back that is a bit further down from our condo. Long story longer, they were able to look at the ski map in the kitchen when we got there and figure it all out. We never used the free shuttle. Town-There is a Family Dollar and cute grocery in town. Ellicottsville was a quaint village that was walkable and enjoyable for a few hours. We ate at Ellicottsville Brewery and Villiaggio. Both great. Pour bar was super fun!Book the condo. You won’t regret this one.

The condo wad perfect for us. It was close to the snow pine ski lift so we got our first chair rides. In the evenings when Snow Pine lift was closed, we were able to ski back on cat walk right to the driveway. Then it was a very short walk to our condo. We absolutely loved our stay! Very clean, very cute place! Everything was tastefully decorated, and we felt right at home with our family of 6. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were quite comfortable. Kitchen was great, and was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, plus more. The host was very responsive, courteous, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Condo in Great Location

Comfortable well maintained condo in good location. Ski in/ski out was not possible due to spring conditions and trail closures. Would be great mid-winter. Sleeping loft accessed by tight spiral stairs. Not suitable for small children. Long stairway for building entrance and to second floor unit could present obstacle for physically challenged people. I might book again for next season.

Perfect Place

I stayed here with my kids during a recent ski trip to Holiday Valley. Its a perfect size and location for family. The kids loved the loft! Everything was very cozy. And proximity to the lifts couldn't have been better! True ski in/ski out. We will be staying again!!

Cute and clean

This property is perfect for small family or two couples. The condo does have a decent amount of steps to the place but they all do. It’s in the closet building to a ski lift, you can ski right to the front door. To get to the lift can be tricky (it’s the bottom of “the wall”) but it’s not impossible. The decor is perfect and beds are comfy. The host is awesome and responds quickly. We will definitely rent this place again.

Fantastic updated ski In ski out 1 bedroom with Loft

Perfect location for ski in ski out in a lovely updated renovated one King bedroom / one bathroom condo with upstairs loft that sleeps up to 5 additional guests - loft that overlooks the living room has 2 queens with a single bunk bed on top of one of the queens. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances , coffee maker and coffee. Shampoo and conditioning was provided in the bathroom. Washer and dryer - bring your own detergent. . Cute deck with grill and outside seating area. Cozy electric fireplace that kicks out a lot of heat. All around a terrific one bedroom with a loft for kids or adults who can climb a narrow spiral staircase. Loved our stay !

Awesome location

We had an incredible stay. The location of the property to the chairlift was really nice. You can literally just put your skis on as soon as you step out of the front door and pop them off when you return. The inside of the unit looks just like the pictures. We had a great time and will stay there again. Also the host was really nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend.
