This property is outstanding: three-level, multi-bedroom home with lots of space for everyone to spread out. There is a fun game room with ping pong & billiards, a really nice kitchen, a TV room and a spacious front room where we gathered many times. We had great communication with the host from start to finish and it seems they thought of most everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family for the holidays. The house was beautiful and spacious. The hosts were amazing! They really thought of every little thing and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Checking in was very easy and the communication with the hosts was fantastic. The location of the house is also fantastic. It was an easy drive to the ski resort, to tubing, and into town. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Beautiful chalet near Holiday Valley. Plenty of space for our group of 12. This place is even nicer than the photos - loved the main living space and our teens loved the basement sports den with pool table and ping pong!

Amazing home!

Amazing home, well-appointed with anything you could need. Quick drive to downtown Ellicottville and ski slopes. We enjoyed the board games, ping pong, bonfire outside, and everyone had their own space for sleeping. Kitchen had everything we could ever need to cook and entertain 10 people. Nancy was super responsive and made sure our stay was perfect!

Christmas Family Holiday

My family gathered from around the country, in Ellicottville, to celebrate the Christmas holiday together. There wasn’t any snow this year, sadly, but we still had a blast just being all together at Nancy and Rob’s beautiful, big house. We absolutely loved that there were multiple large spaces to gather together - around the large dining table, in front of one of the fireplaces, cooking together in the big kitchen. We all enjoyed the lower level rec room especially my kids and their cousins who played ping pong and shoot pool for hours. The kitchen is amazing and full of everything we could have wanted - including a mixer and rolling pin for baking cookies! The beds are comfy cozy with tons of linens, pillows & blankets. The house is very clean & well maintained. Nancy & Rob have thought of every detail to make the house feel like a home. There was even a decorated Christmas tree, twinkle lights above the fireplace mantel, and holiday touches on the tables. Nancy was super responsive to our needs & always quickly communicated with thoughtfulness and a great sense of humor. I can’t say enough good things about this property & its owners! Definitely recommend & would stay again!

Wonderful home and weekend get away

The home is well appointed and just so relaxing. We had a great weekend. The nature surrounding us was amazing (we even saw an owl perched on top of the neighboring house) and shopping/wine tasting/beer sampling in Ellicottville was terrific. Fabulous Five Star Home

Nancy & Rob are amazing hosts & their hillside home is spectacular. For our group of 8 adults - 3 couples, 2 singles & 2 small dogs it was so comfortable & spacious. They go above & beyond with the well equipped kitchen, comfy beds & linens & the simple check in. The views are lovely we spotted deer & hawks. It was a 10 min drive to Ellicottville with fun shopping & restaurants & Holiday Valley for a great day of skiing with runs for all abilities. We didn’t watch TV however there are two TVs, one in a cozy media room, the other in the recreation room with a fireplace & pool table/ ping pong table. We loved the grand room with vaulted ceilings windows all around and huge fireplace & the large dining room. The decor is beautiful. We had a fantastic time in this oasis & cannot wait to return.

A great place to stay!

This home was perfect for a weekend getaway! It was only a short distance away from downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley. The home is beautifully decorated and is well stocked with everything you might need. Nancy and Rob were great hosts and I would definitely book it again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful family ski weekend! This home is spacious, well equipped, and very clean! We had 10 adults and two babies. Everyone had their own space and there was lots of room to cook, eat, play games and hang out! Nancy was extremely friendly and easy to contact. We would love to come back next year! Beautiful Chalet - great area!

Beautiful home!!!! The owners were awesome!!! The communication was excellent. It was perfect for our large family and the home was very welcoming. Had all the essentials and more for a 3 day stay. The rec room with ping pong and pool table was our favorite spot - we spent a lot of fun filled evenings there. The great room was very comforting for relaxation with beautiful views! We'll be back to stay for sure...........

Exceptional property!

We had a wonderful experience celebrating Christmas in this beautiful home with our extended family. Nancy was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. The home is as nice if not nicer than the pictures and is very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this home if you are skiing at Holiday Valley and it is also a short drive to town.

Family Thanksgiving

This house is incredible. It has everything you could want . The kitchen was well stocked , perfect for our Thanksgiving feast . The house is decorated beautifully and has a ton of great space to relax , play games and enjoy each other . Close to town and quite neighborhood. We will definitely return .

Great Family Weekend

My family and friends love this property. This is the 6th time we have stayed here, and each time is another great trip full of new memories. Maybe more so on this trip as this property is now pet friendly. Caesar and Willow (our little dogs) also had a lot of fun. Nancy (owner) makes you feel special and wants you to enjoy every part of your stay. She communicated with us from the time of our booking until we got into the house. She thanked us at the time we confirmed the rental. Just prior to our weekend she sent a message on things to do that particular weekend in/around Ellicottville, what to expect (including a weather update). And when we arrived, we found a handwritten note, bottle of local wine and snacks. Thank you Nancy!
