- NOTE: There is a police training area near the property at Jenny Jump state forest where gunfire can be heard from outside the property while police are training, which primarily occurs in the early spring but can occur at any time of the year depending on the police schedule. However, it is rare and only occurs for only an hour or two during daytime hours and only during weekdays and it is very rare for it to cause a major nuisance
