"The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. On our second night, we were unable to get the air conditioning to turn on, and the space was very humid and warm. We could not get the tv to turn on, which wasn’t a big deal to us but slightly...

"This home is a wonderful location for a visit to Narrangansett and activities nearby, including easily walkable to the beach! The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very spacious. The large yard was relaxing, with two large tables to enjoy breakfast and other outdoor meals together. We also appreciated that there was lots of parking available at the house. "Connie is an incredible host! Her home is cozy, cute, and in an excellent location with reserved parking, which made everything so easy. She has really thought of everything . The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom even had every kind of extra essential in case you forgot something or need beach towels and chairs for a trip down to the water.
