  • Sea Glass is a private beachfront home situated directly on a quiet stretch of sugar sand beach of Great Harbor Cay. This house is entirely renovated, tastefully decorated, and fully appointed.
    Sea Glass is the perfect destination for your Bahamian get-away. Whether you are in search of a romantic retreat or a tropical family vacation, the 3 bedroom and 3 bath split floor-plan offers plenty of space for any occasion. You will stay connected with Wi-Fi and Sat TV and If relaxation on the beach is on your vacation wish list, you will not be disappointed! Take just a few steps from your back door, and your toes will sink into the soft white sand. We can help you arrange daily excursions with the locals to plan a perfect day on the water, expanding your experience and enjoyment. Whatever you choose to do in paradise, your stay at Sea Glass will have you covered.

    In addition to the activities and amenities that are available, you also have a full time property manager available should any needs arise, or should you need any information about the island. Daily cleaning service can be provided at additional cost, upon request. Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee, and are limited to one domesticated pet under 25 pounds.

    Great Harbor Cay is the largest in a chain of cays called the Berry Islands. On Great Harbor Cay, there is a deep water marina, a 5,000 foot airstrip and 6 miles of the most beautiful beaches. Activities on the island include snorkeling, diving, world class bone fishing, beaching, and much more... Enjoy our local restaurants and beach club restaurant (with one of the best burgers on the Island). Bullock’s Harbor is where most of the local’s live, and there you can find groceries, liquor and small shops.

    Flights can be booked from several airlines and private charters located in Florida such as: Tropic Ocean Airways, Watermaker Air, Tropic Air, or LeAir (based in Nassau) has two flights
    daily.

Labor Day Trip

This property was perfect for us. We brought another couple along. The house is very nice. Kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking meals. We will definitely look forward to our next trip there!

Wonderful Home well appointed

We enjoyed our time together as a family is precious with two of our three kids in college. Sea Glass was a wonderful and cozy oasis for us to spend valuable time together in a near perfect setting.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The house was exceptionally clean, beautiful and stylish interior, and gorgeous views. We could have used more information pre-trip, so my only suggestion would be the owner sending a house information sheet prior to stays like other owners do. Otherwise, great stay in a beautiful location.

Luxury oceanfront home only steps to a beautiful sandy beach

House is newly redecorated and upgraded, and perfect location! House is stocked with all amenities you could possibly need. Brook, property manager, was very helpful and even met us at the airport. He was available and only a phone call away if needed anything?! Had a lovely lady come to the house and cook a meal for us, it was FABULOUS! The island is easy to navigate and everyone we met was sooo friendly. Berry island tours highly recommended, went out with Barry twice. You do need a car to explore the island. We will be back and def stay here again!

Will Be Back!!

This was our first time at Great Harbour. We brought our boat over & relaxed & fish & toured the island. Sea Glass house was awesome & we will be back!! Nicolas & Brooks were awesome & helpful. For Car Rentals for the Island - Mr. Ramsey is your man! Can't wait to go back!!

Love this place! The house has everything you could need or want while staying in GHC. It's the nicest rental on the island and the owner / managers are super attentive.

The house was perfect! Everything worked as it should since the property has had a full remodeling with very tasteful decor. We will look for this house on future trips to Great Harbour as we usually visit the Island once a year.

What A View

We stayed for a few days in Great Harbour and were lucky enough to find this place. What a terrific house. The beach view alone is spectacular. Wish we could have stayed longer and will plan to do so next time.

Sea Glass July 2019

Right on the beach, the house has a "luxury hotel feel" as it has been very nicely renovated inside. Caretaker extremely courteous and helpful. Appreciated having supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and plenty of towels, as this is a remote island. Bar-b-q was ready, amazing kitchen to cook in, and a/c worked great. Can't wait to return! If you've never been to GHC keep in mind you need to rent a car and bring most of your food:) We loved it!
