Good central location. Walkable neighborhood. Adequate off-street parking. Plenty of seating in living room. Nice bathroom & shower, liked the rugs & towels. Washer & dryer were a bonus. Decor was "shabby-artsy" and might not appeal to all travelers. Sporadic water pressure issues in the shower (as in only drip coming out). Lots of hand-made ceramic wear in kitchen but don't know if it was lead-free glazed or microwave safe,

The property is at an absolutely excellent location in Great Barrington--easy walk to shops, cute coffee shops, etc. --and not far by car from Stockbridge, Tanglewood, The Norman Rockwell Museum, Monument Mountain, and other attractions in the nearby area. In the instructions, the host left detailed instructions so that the guest would know exactly how things worked --the key box, controlling temperature of water in the shower--all to make everything go smoothly. It took me a minute to realize the off-street parking was literally right in front of the house (which the instructions indicated)-- only feet from the entrance to the porch--so convenient for bringing luggage into the house. An excellent stay! Thank you!

Very nice and clean house with all amenities. Main Street is just around the corner, with all the shops and restaurants a 5-minute walk. Ski Butternut is a 7-minute drive. The host responds very quickly to all questions. I highly recommend stay at this house.
