"With permission from the owner, we stayed at the property for our micro-wedding and reception. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations, gorgeous scenery along the river, and diligent property managers. Upon check-in the day before the ceremony, we called management to ask to have the grass cut and they arrived within hours to make the grounds beautiful for our outdoor event. "A beautiful location! Although we unfortunately had a few chilly days with rain, the covered porch still allowed us to be out in the fresh air viewing the river and the local wildlife which was awesome. The property manager was very kind and helpful with any issues that arose. Thank you, Todd, for helping us make this vacation happen! We're hoping to return sometime with our grandchildren, as we know they'd love visiting this property and the home has plenty of room for all. Really enjoyed this...

"We loved our stay here! The cabin is gorgeous with wood all throughout. The electric fireplace was great especially for ambiance. The kitchen was setup for anything you might have wanted to cook. The shower with the rainfall option was fantastic! And most importantly we truly enjoyed being secluded with no neighbors. We were able to take in the cleary lite stars and sounds of the wilderness. "Amazing vacation! The Main House plus 3 cabins gave ample space & privacy for our group of 20 babies & 4 dogs! The backyard is perfect for campfires & play area for the young ones. Being so close to the public street access was very convenient! Renting a pontoon from Go Fast made the vacation complete!! We’ll be back! Already booked for 2026! The proximity and access to Higgins Lake was again just right. On the morning of our departure, we were already discussing our return visit. All in all, Jillian and the cottage were perfect!
