Peaceful Waters was just as its name implies. Beautiful property in a calm and peaceful area of LOTO. The house was clean and everything was in perfect working order. The property managers were welcoming and very responsive to questions. We recommended to them that instructions for the boat lift be included in the Welcome email and they appeared to be supportive of this suggestion. Our kids and dogs also loved their stay at Peaceful Waters, and we all agreed we want to return to this property next year.

View from the deck; gated and secure so that pets and young children can't escape or fall through.

Comfortable getaway

This house has everything needed for a great vacation. Loved the location and quiet cove. We rented a boat from Lake Time Boat Rental and kept it in the slip. Also had a couple of delicious meals at Jolly Rogers. We would definitely stay here again.

Another fantastic week on the lake!

We had stayed at this home before on the lake and when we were looking to visit again, i was happy to see that it was available! Perfect accommodations for our little family. Clean, well kept and appointed and just made the vacation easy. Dock and lift work great and allowed a lot of lake time! Hope to stay here again!

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! This place was perfect for our family, friends and dogs! The location was quiet and water was perfect for swimming off the dock! Kitchen was well stocked—would recommend leaving more paper towels, providing more forks and better knives for cutting and s’more sticks. Bring your own water toys and swim towels! Also note you need to dispose and pay for disposing your own trash which was annoying but fine. Overall really great place for kids and dogs! We would come back! Thank you!

Good quiet spot on the lake

House located in a quiet cove with friendly neighbors and very responsive and helpful owners and property managers. We felt very welcomed for our weeklong stay. It would have been great to have some of the staples like salt/pepper/coffee on-hand as the cupboards were bare upon arrival. Not a big deal but given what we paid for the property it would have been appreciated if some of the little things like that were onsite and ready for our arrival. Also would have been good to have referrals to local boat/watercraft companies just for future reference as there seemed to be endless options and having a trusted source would have gone a long way. Overall we would stay again, thanks for the hospitality.

Week vacation before boys head off to college

The property was clean, cozy and very nice! The neighbors were very friendly and nice! We rented a pontoon boat and went to the dam, H Toads, Coconuts, tubed and floated around the dock every day!!!

Great Home!

We had a great time at this home and LOVED the area! Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The neighbors were awesome and very friendly. We rented a boat and used the slip and lift on the dock. The area is fantastic and would definitely stay again!

Fun family vacation

Enjoyed the location and the amount of space for our group. Wish there had been garbage pickup, a few board games for those rainy days, and less cobwebs in higher spots and on deck. Property manager very accomodating.

Quiet getaway

We had a great time swimming/floating off the dock. This was our 2nd time staying here this summer. Kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook. Plenty of towels and blankets. Plenty of chairs for hanging out. Also appreciated the new noodle holder on the patio. We could not find the paddle boat on our most recent stay. The kids were slightly disappointed but still had fun out in the lake. I would have contacted the owner however my cell phone broke (not house related) when I got there so was unable to inquire about the boat. But it was not a huge deal. Also the bunk beds are pretty squeaky so we just put the mattresses on the floor (also not a big deal) Just a nice place to relax in the water and get away from it all.

Great place to stay on the lake!

We try to vacation to the Ozarks every couple of years and love this particular area. Close to boat rentals that will deliver to your dock and pickup!! There are tons of good restaurants close by, we found a water park about 30 minutes away and a bowling alley and a grocery store super close too! The house is on a cove so it was nice to just sit and relax on the dock without the big waves. Very friendly families (and dogs) all around this house too! We stayed a full week with 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids total) and had plenty of space for everyone! The listing didn't say dishwasher but it actually has one and worked great! We really enjoyed the included paddle boat with the kids, they thought it was the coolest thing ever haha. Air conditioner worked great, wifi wasn't the best but who needs it when you're at the lake anyways! Direct tv was an added bonus for those relaxing days we stayed inside during the rain. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything John!
