Awesome lake house!

We stayed at the house for a week with another family (8 total). There was plenty of room for everyone. The host loves close and we so accommodating with everything we needed. The dock was perfect for our surf boat and we used his second dock for the kids to play on one day. We will definitely go back next year!

Great place set up for loads of fun on the lake

The property was clean, large and had all the amenities needed for a great getaway. Owner, Rusty, lives next door and was extremely helpful, but not intrusive at all. Great guy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Grandkids had a blast! Everyone caught fish. The house, porches and dock were all very spacious and had everything we needed. The dog park on the hill was perfect. Our “host” Rusty was very attentive, gracious and informative could not have asked for better.

Lake house

Wonderful house, Rusty was great to work with. Everything you would want at a lake house. Coffee on the deck, was able to watch the fish, ducks. Close by boat to anything you would want. Short drive to a local market. And of course a small dog park for my dog. Great time!!

Amazing Week+ Plus...

This location is exactly what the pictures show. The family was able to spread out and enjoy all the amenities of the house that we stayed in. One thing that was a pleasant surprise is the back deck is gated on both ends. This was ideal for our dogs to enjoy the outdoors and not have to keep our eyes on them at all times. The host continues to go above and beyond to make sure the stay is enjoyable and we have all we needed. Will definitely be back for another stay in the near future.

Family Fun

The owners of this rental are extremely personable, they live nearby, and their dogs are very friendly. We highly recommend this house to any family; especially if your dog is friendly and likes to swim. Panda and Snickers visited us and we loved it!

Family vacation.

Property was fantastic. Great fishing off the dock. Caught enough fish to have a fish fry our last evening. Lots of space, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful decks facing the lake. Outside bar on ground level facing lake. Spent our evenings at the bar, which had a fireplace, watching day turn into night. The owner, Rusty lives next door and was very helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. We had an absolutr wonderful time! We will be coming back next year.

Fun getaway with friends

Great House!

This is our second time staying at one of Rusty’s houses and once again extremely happy with the accommodations! This house has a lower level outside bar under the deck with an easy walk to the dock, which we spent most of our time at. Very nice and clean! We will come back next year!

Great location

This house is in a quiet cove and not too many steps to the lake. Also has access to a bigger dock with slide which the kids really enjoyed. House is spacious but living room furniture is broken down and uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. Beds were also uncomfortable and without the use of air mattresses we wouldn't have had room for our party of 11 to sleep. There's plenty of space to add more beds. Also, there wasn't a table to eat at. There's space in the kitchen/living room area for a nice long table.We missed having meals together and paying games and stuff at the table. Neither the kitchen island not the coffee table was a good substitue. Overall, we enjoyed the property, the owner is teriffic and very responsive but there were a few missed opportunites with the furniture and lack of table/eating space.

Great Vacation!

This house was so perfect for our family. We had plenty of space and the house was clean and well appointed. You can't beat the location. The house is in a private cove with a no wake zone so the kids could swim right off the dock and we didn't have to worry about boats and jet skis speeding around them. Fishing off the dock was great too! We also really enjoyed meeting the property owner. He is super nice and helpful with anything you need. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful lake trip

Beautiful property, Rusty was friendly, welcoming and very responsive to any issues. The house was spacious, clean, and sufficiently stocked for our needs. The outdoor areas and dock were nice for enjoying the lake. We didn’t really use the outdoor bar area as we preferred the upper deck right off the living room to sit in the evenings. The only thing I would improve upon would be the cleanliness of the outdoor spaces - a good power washing would do wonders - and a few minor conveniences (grill brush to clean the grill, more bath towels & hand-towels, and more linens in the kitchen if you plan on cooking/cleaning up multiple meals). All in all we had an amazing week and would definitely rent from Rusty again in the future.

Amazing Summer Trip

My wife and I rented for 5 weeks. It was great- the place was spacious but cozy ( the perfect lake house), it is also in a great location for restaurants and bars. The dock is big and fun. It has bar, a slide, kayaks. Our 4 boys came down for a few days and didn’t want to leave. Rusty, the owner, is a great guy. He is personable and very helpful. Even had a dog park for our dog. We will definitely be back next summer.

Ozarks weekend getaway

Had a weekend getaway with my wife, 2 best friends, and her 2 sisters at the house. We were able to check out some of the sights and do a bit of partying in the evenings. Great property, exactly as advertised. Rusty was fantastic and very personable. I will definitely look to rent from him on my next Ozark getaway.

Great lake retreat

Great property and location. Very dog friendly, with a new little dog park area coming in. The property manager is very nice and very responsive. Some little things could be improved, and there were small things that were in need of repair as well, like towel bars and tp roll holders that would fall off the wall. With a little fix here and there and an investment in some new kitchen wares, this would be a 5 star value. Definitely worth a stay, my family of five loved it and had plenty of space.
