Mostly as listed

This property was mostly as listed.Pros: Check in and out were very simple. Spectacular view. Ample space for a family of four. Mattresses were great.Cons: Cleanliness of dishes upon arrival was not the best, we had to wash off dried food before we could use most everything. The coffee maker took FOREVER to brew a pot. Grill was broken and couldn't be used. Both bedframes are pretty rickety and squeak with every movement. Other than not having coffee for two days, our stay was good. We enjoyed watching the boats on the main channel and trying to catch fish off the dock.

What a great place!

Had a great week! Beatiful sunrises! Weather was great, fishing was good. I would recommend this location to anyone. Host was great at answering questions. Plan to come back!

Great Memorial Weekend

The property was clean, had everything we needed. For the price, I would absolutely do it again. There were 5 adults and we all slept plenty comfortably. The views off the deck were great! The dock was covered so we could be out there even in the rain. No complaints, would definitely recommend!

Great view, but the home was not clean

First time leaving a review on VRBO, so I’m doing this hoping this homeowner gives the home some love for future guests. I’m assuming the property management company is responsible for making sure these homes are kept clean; so some of our thumbs down is probably their fault and not the homeowner. On the bright side….. The view was great, beautiful!The home however wasn’t clean and needs some work. Inside the home—- First impression….Not a good odor when you walk in. Dust and cobwebs in several places. Door inside microwave had food splatter. Toaster had dried grease on it. Bathroom doesn’t have an electric outlet. One of the living room windows wasn’t locked and two other windows cannot be locked because of the way they’re installed. They won’t close far enough to lock. Outside——nice large deck but there isn’t any lighting at all.

Beautiful view both inside and out! The open floor plan of this house makes it feel more spacious than you'd think. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood but is also close to the lakes attractions!

Great place to stay and experience the lake area

Every thing was as expected and listed. Great view and perfect spot to swim. Good location to base from ,close to UTV trail and rent pontoon boat for the day. One thing I will caution ( and in no way is this a complaint or criticism) if you are a bigger heavyset person like my self, the bathroom toilet is as pictured, is in a segmented location and no space for me to use unless standing only. Everyone else in group (wife and Teens) had no issue, just cation for larger folks like me. Again no complaints . I know I can’t fit everything and I’m pic I thought it would be tight.

Awesome Lake House

House was very clean with beautiful views, better than the pictures let on. The dock was great for swimming, not a ton of boat traffic. More on weekends, but to be expected. Tons of towels and great to have laundry onsite. We saw turtles and lightning bugs near the house.

Cozy in Lake of the Ozarks

Our family of 4 enjoyed this really cute with excellent lake views, quiet location on the water for the week. I appreciated all of the very helpful reviews that I read and based my decision on. Ultimately believe we couldn’t have found a better place to rent for the week. Thank you.

Great view

Great place to get away from it all. Sitting on the deck was so relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful view, very quiet neighborhood while we were there. House was clean and communication was great. Could use some new dishes and utensils, other than that a great place to stay.

Relax and take it all in !

Was a very relaxing place full of romantic and beauty. Wonderful place with a GTRAT lake view. If your looking for a beautiful home on the lake with good fishing right off the dock this is your place

View was amazing. Supplies that were provided were good. Bunk beds need new mattresses. Deck needs an outside light. Place needs deep cleaned and garbage situation isn't the best but overall, for the price, it was decent.
