Labor Day Weekend

Great time in the Ozarks

Plenty of room for our group of ten, 3 adults and 7 kids (6-17). Kids had a great time swimming in the lake.

Good communication, nice location, lots of space

We all enjoyed our stay and it was prefect for our friends and family to enjoy the weekend. Great communication, lots of space for a large group. The cleaning crew could have done a better job, but other than that it was great and we would definitely stay again. Thanks for hosting our crew!

Very good overall

We enjoyed our stay very much. They definitely need a better cleaning service outside and in. Dust balls came out from under the beds and couch. Found loose pills under the beds a bottle of lotion by the night stand. Could use more kitchen rags and towels. Owners were easy to communicate with us and our family had a great time. Only issue is the cleanliness

Great house on Lake of the Ozarks

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an excellent house on the lake that is convenient to the surrounding area. I would recommend staying here again. The only issue was that although the house was clean and well stocked, we noticed a lot of Dog hair. I have dogs, and it's not a massive issue for me, but maybe for folks with allergies or who don't have pets.

Four generations of Drbals enjoy10 days Together in the Ozarks!

The property was well suited to our needs of 6 adults and 9 children. A fourth bathroom would have really helped tho. Two decks afforded morning and evening views to die for. The long table was great for our large family meals: Kids first, then adults second. The jumping platform kept all swimmers happy, happy, happy

We really enjoyed ourselves at the lake this last weekend. The house is worked well for our needs. Super friendly and helpful. Our oven wasn’t working and the property management company responded quickly and was able to get someone to fix it that evening. Oven worked perfectly the next morning for breakfast.

Great space for large groop

It had everything you need. Great supply of cooking utensils. Great outside spaces. Kids really enjoyed the dock for swimming. The only thing to improve is the mattresses The family said mattresses were terrible. It was 96 outside and had some problem with air conditioner but John was right on it. Sure did appreciate his fast reply to our problem Great place to stay

The house was great overall, but we were disappointed to find that there wasn't higher voltage power available on the dock for plugging in our boat on the boat slip.

Fantastic lake location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at broadview acres! We had a group of 14, 9 adults and 5 teenagers and had plenty of room. The outdoor areas are the absolute best you could ask for. Top deck had great furniture with more than ample seating and great umbrellas, made the morning coffees and meal times great. The screened in porch was perfect for evening hangouts, and the concrete patio was a great place to get some sun. But the dock with the hangout area and jump platform was our favorite spot! The house is located just off the main lake in a cove so it was a great place to swim and just hang out in the water without worrying about boats or turbulent waters. John was also fantastic to communicate with. If we make it back to the Ozarks we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!

Recent stay at Broadview acres

Spacious house with a very stocked kitchen. Plenty of cooking utensils and pans. Outside furniture on the deck and screened in porch was very nice and new. We did have issues with keeping everyone comfortable temperature wise. The bedrooms in the main level were very warm and we had to use extra fans, meanwhile the people sleeping downstairs were freezing. The main hall bathroom had no water pressure and was terrible for showers. There was no where near enough toilet paper and trash bags provided for a house that holds a large number of people. I messaged the property manager two days before our departure that we had ran out of toilet paper and I didn’t receive a reply back and had to go to the store to buy more. There is a 150 lb weight limit on the bunk beds that was not disclosed, so one of the teenagers had to sleep on the couch.

Great July the 4th!!

We had a great family vacation for the 4th of July. The location was great. The house was big with ample room for our full family. The dock layout and Jet ski docks were terrific and exactly what we needed.

The property was clean and the location was convenient.

We had 15 adults (19-50yrs old) and all slept comfortably and had plenty of space to hang out. Great deck, patio and dock areas. Location was close enough to popular spots by car, and just a short boat ride to H.Toads, etc.
