"My husband and I just spent 3 weeks in Ric's beautiful Whitstable cottage. It had lovely details, sometimes overlooked by other rentals, such a Sonos and Smart TV. Location was perfect for strolls to town for restaurants, pubs and shopping. The train was just minutes away making visits to London and surrounding areas a dream. With the friendly Fountain Local acrross the street, a comfortable cottage with all the amenities and the best host for communication, what more could ask for. Thanks Ric...

"Although the accommodation is small it has everything you need and plenty of storage. We only used the kettle and toaster in the kitchenette but there was a hot plate and microwave too so we could have cooked if we wanted. The garden is a lovely place to sit and hidden from the road (cul de sac) by bushes. It’s not the sort of place you’d spend the whole day in due to its size but that is reflected in the price so it’s perfect for a short stay where one might be out for most of the day. However...

"Hidden gem is just that a hidden gem, it's location is easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, pub, the beach and much more. It's quiet enough with maybe a little noise from passing traffic, it's compact but comes with enough space for what you need and I couldn't have asked for a better host, communication was brilliant and she was happy to help with any issues I may have had. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near the seaside."

"Lovely self contained property, in beautiful position right on the Syndale Valley trail and 2 miles from Doddington Gardens, well worth a visit. Property contained every facilitiy required, bath and walk in shower, plentiful hot water and comfy bed. Breakfast produce left for first morning which was a lovely touch, hosts very good, there but not too intrusive - a wonderful stay."
