"We had a wonderful stay at this rustic, charming home! While it’s an older property with a few quirks, it truly added to the character and laid-back vibe we were looking for. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the dock was absolutely incredible—we spotted crabs, fish, and even sea turtles every day! And the sunsets? Simply breathtaking. This place gave us everything we needed for a memorable and peaceful getaway. We’d happily stay here again!"

"My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and we had a great time, the beds were comfortable and overall it was a great experience. The last night there we did see dolphins in the water behind the boat. The A/C was cold and overall the boat was very comfortable. Would highly recommend."

"Great place to stay. Brand new cabin. Still smelled like new inside. So close to the water. They had kayaks to take out. Places to sit around the fire pit. Bench to watch the ocean and see the sunset. Can even snorkel around the rocks on the jetty. We even rented a pontoon boat from the place go out and explore. Nice place. "

"My brother my son and three other friends stayed the first five days. Fish bonded had a great time everyone thought the accommodations were great. Second five days my son the rest of my family joined us eight adults for children. Accommodated all of us very well. Pool was great location was very good."

"The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning."

"The house was amazing! The boat dock attached to the house was very convenient to let our boats stay in the water for the whole week and the transit to the ocean through the channel was only a couple of minutes and very easy to navigate. Jay was an incredible host. I texted/called him multiple times for questions and he was always willing to help. If I could give this place 1,000 stars I would!!! Definitely would recommend!"
