"This property is so cute and tucked away! We watched the sunset and the sunrise with some wine, and it was perfect. There’s three other smaller “cabins” on the hilltop but I’ve stayed twice and people are very respectful and quiet. Recommend staying for a couples or solo getaway to relax and recharge!"

"The tree house is warm and inviting. It was the perfect place to slow down and practice being present. The land on this farm is so special and we loved spending time exploring the incredible trails and taking in the breathtaking views! "

"Willet Ponds Farm was a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in the Willet Nest property which was perfect for our stay. Hubby and I stayed in the main house and our 17 year old daughter loved her own space in the bunk house/small cabin. Walton who runs the farm was great with communicating when animal feedings would happen. We had a blast interacting with the chickens, donkeys, horses and bunnies. "This house has been newly renovated and was very cozy for our family of 5. The location worked very well for all that we wanted to do in Boone and West Jefferson. Found some great spots for food including: Third Day Kitchen (great views and serene) and the Dough Shed (immaculate restaurant that had a fabulous, well stocked buffet even in late afternoon). We were there in a bit of a heat wave and did find the lack of central AC a little hard and the multitude of newly installed light switches...

"This is a great location, just a block from downtown W Jefferson. The kitchen layout is excellent, with a separate dining area adjacent to the back porch (which is a small cement space). The living room is nicely laid out, but should have a larger table. The bedrooms are small, with inadequate storage space for extended stays, but the bedding was nice (despite the bed being a bit too soft). "We loved our stay at this special home on a hill. The view was gorgeous and set in a quiet area so you felt alone even though close to West Jefferson. Host was great to work with. A perfect getaway for two cyclists there for a weekend of biking. We will be back! "
