The home sits on 13 acres of hobby‑farm magic, with a quiet beach, and then drive five minutes to chilled swimming spots.



A short 15‑minute journey brings you to Phillip Island’s thrills. Sample nearby wineries and cast a line from a charter boat. Explore local attractions by day, then return to farmyard charm, fresh air, and the simplicity of country living.

Your own private stretch of land invites wildlife sightings from locals or travellers. Start your day at Maru Koala and Animal Park or marvel at cuddly residents at Koala Conservation Reserve. Venture across to Churchill Island, watch fur‑floored walkways at Penguin Parade, and sip award‑winning drops at Purple Hen Winery or Silverwaters Vineyard.



The 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom with a gas-heated shower, hand basin, and eco-friendly cassette toilet.



- Guests receive two complimentary bottles of water, tea, and coffee.

- Continental breakfast may be available for $15 per person, depending on your booking dates. Please check with us in advance.

- Firewood is available at $15 per tub. If you’d like firewood, please book in advance or feel free to request more during your stay.



Guests have full access to the tiny house and the outdoor area surrounding it. Most of the property is available for use, except the area around the owner's residence and nearby sheds.



Guests will enjoy your own private space, but we are always happy to chat with you.



The region still echoes its timber and sand‑mining past, yet hums now with boutique vineyards and wildlife draws. You’re a stone’s throw from Maru Koala & Animal Park in Grantville itself and the Koala Conservation Reserve over the bridge. Churchill Island’s historic plains and the nightly Penguin Parade lie just beyond.

By car:

- Roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes from Melbourne via the South Gippsland and Bass Highways.



By public transport:

- Take a train from Melbourne to Cranbourne, then transfer to a local bus to Grantville.

- Travel times vary and connections are limited, so hiring a car is the most flexible option.



By flight:

- Fly into Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine).

- From there, drive or hire a car for the 1.5-hour trip.

- Light aircraft can also land at nearby regional airstrips like Phillip Island or Tooradin for quicker access.
