"Beautiful property situated less than 100 feet from shopping and dining, but wonderfully quiet in apartment - couldn't ask for more! Was concerned at first at steep stairway entering (a bit afraid of heights if I have to look down), but used back stairs the rest of the time without any issue. Laundry on site was a big plus. Kitchen spotless; apartment tasteful and comfortable - thank you for a wonderful stay, David!"

The internet was almost non-existent (but is supposed to be good according to the owner). The worst part is that when I woke up in the morning and went to take a shower, the water smelled extremely bad like ROTTEN EGGS. "Immediately upon entering found a cockroach in the house. Reached out to host and she could careless. Told me i needed to sweep it up and dispose of it. Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work...
