Best VRBO experience! Host was very communicative and answered questions right away. Due to some travel difficulties, host went above and beyond to try and assist us in our situation. Very helpful and kind. Cottage is perfect! Tucked away off the street and very welcoming. All the expected amenities and lots of kitchen/bath supplies. Lots of space for family gathering and games. Very clean and up to date. Beds are comfy and the closet and baths are nice and big. The decor is also very homey and the Christmas decor was a nice touch. Only 15 minutes from some amazing hikes/parks. Beautiful scenery(and of, course the river) to be found close by for lovely outings. Restaurants, antique stores and more in downtown, also just 15-20 away. Loved our stay and this host is fabulous.

Wonderful!!!

We had such a wonderful 5-night stay over Christmas. This is a beautiful well taken care of duplex that is shown lots of love by the owner. It is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and Sheri has it well stocked with spices, cooking oil, baking dishes, utensils, dishes, pans, almost anything you may need. There were even beverages in the fridge and soups and oatmeal in the cupboard! Bathrooms are well stocked with a variety of shampoos, lotions and other items. She definitely has pride in her cottages. We especially enjoyed the Christmas tree and fireplace.Thank you, Sheri for a spectacular stay.

Beautiful and so clean

This cottage has probably been the cleanest place I’ve rented in all my years of traveling. Everything was stocked. Sheri was such a pleasure to work with. The power went out very briefly due to the heat wave, Sheri called within minutes to make sure we were okay. That kindness goes a long ways. I felt like I was in my home away from home. I highly recommend it and will be back!

Highly recommend

We stayed in both units over a period of 4 1/2 months during house restoration. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Atmosphere in both units provides light from windows and skylights, and floor plan is open and comfortable. There are no stairs or steps, which was important for us. The quality of everything, from updated appliances, to mattresses and linens were highest department store quality. Everything was immaculate. We felt like we were her first guests, Any issues/concerns/questions were addressed and answered within an hour. We could not have been more pleased, in every respect.

I have never stayed at a rental house that was more "equipped". Everything you could think of needing is already stocked here. The la-z-boy chair was a nice touch. I miss that chair!

Our Home away from Home

We have stayed at these duplexes for years now. It's our home away from home while visiting family and friends and the fun of Grants Pass! This home is clean and has everything well thought out. Don't hesitate to stay!

Great unit very Clean

We really liked this unit! Very clean amazing big towels! Kitchen great! Nice lil Patio! But TVs were complicated and had no closed caption. Which was hard since I have hearing loss! But all In all great stay! Thanks

Great place for 2 - 4 people. Nice patio for relaxing or grilling, bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space, kitchen/family room open floor plan is nice for get togethers and the central location to the River, Pacific Ocean, Wineries, Crater Lake was very helpful.
