So close to the wedding venue for our daughter’s wedding. We hosted a small welcome party the night before the wedding and our guests couldn’t say enough nice things about the house. Views were beautiful. Looking out and seeing the Dolphins was so serene.

Man Camp 2022

My buddies and I get together every year. We have been here a few times and its Great. Having a Bar & Grill right next door is the best, No driving.

Great memories!

Great house and great location! This unique property is great for families that have older children to where you can travel together yet still have your own private spaces. Property manager/owner was great to deal with and very responsive. we are looking forward to returning and making a family annual trip out of this property.

Book the house!!

We booked this house to have our rehearsal dinner, and get ready the morning of our wedding. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. There’s a lot of space to accommodate a bigger family. Pam was super responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We can’t wait to book this house again!

Nice stay

The deck and view is very nice. The dogs enjoyed the large fenced in yard and grass. Right next door is a great restaurant you could walk to. The property was a little hard to find but is right on RT 1 so traffic at times was heavy. The train does run right across the street so you do hear it when it comes by. About 4 miles away is a Winn-Dixie and about 10 miles in Palm Bay was a lot of shopping. We all had an enjoyable stay.

Paradise

If anything happens during your stay just know that you will get a prompt response and someone will be there in minutes, This Place has you feeling like you are on your very own private island with the most beautiful view of the sunrise and visits from dolphins. The three level floors and how they are split is perfect for everyone to have their space. The best room was the third floor, if you are not afraid of heights, the balcony on both sides of the house was heavenly. Thank you for sharing your home and look forward to coming back.

I was honestly a bit nervous staying here based on some of the reviews, but we didn’t experience anything mentioned. It was a great time, very convenient and we are super grateful for our time here. The property is large and has a lot of outdoor seating. Great views. I was disappointed that stairs were outside between floors. We had several people over 65 and it harder for them to go up and down. The property manager was quick to respond.

Very clean, well appointed house

Each floor is its own apartment with outside access only. The hwy is 200’ from the house so you can hear traffic at night and the train goes through approximately 6 times each night. All in all a nice comfortable house. It was too cold for us to use the pool but it looked inviting in any case. The far upstairs is a good place for your smaller guests as the stairs are very small and steep like a ladder. Nice to be right on the water too.

Great Venue - Slightly Dated

Overall we loved our stay! The only negatives would be that none of the levels connect to get from one floor to the other you have to go outside. Also the room with the double beds is only accessible by a ladder not an actual staircase. There are also a few exposed wires and missing handles for cabinets that were a little off putting. The yard was incredible and the view amazing! If you are coming in late at night i would bring a flashlight because there are no lights outside. This place was great for the most part.

Beautiful older home, on the water

Started off the trip with a call from the owner, who felt bad that she found out the grill needed to be replaced, so she immediately took care of us for that, even though I told her it was not a big deal. The owners stay in touch and will help you with any issues you may come across. The bar and grill next door was amazing. We are there for dinner twice and lunch. This house has so much charm to it, but if you don't like stairs be cautious. This house is also amazing when it thunderstorms. The sounds of the rain and the wind could put you in a deep sleep 😴,, highly highly recommend this home for your next family gathering.

Beautiful Sunrise

The views were incredible. The house was as most people reviewed- very unique. It was as if we had three separate rentals - privacy for everyone in our group. Our 28 year old son stayed in the “tree house” and my husband and I took the 2nd floor to enjoy the deck with the morning views. Our daughter, son in law and grandson stayed on the main level when they visited and friends used the same floor when they stayed. Overall everyone enjoyed it. The restaurant next door was wonderful and the 25% discount made it even better. We will be back! Just love the Grant - Sebastian area. Did I mention all the fish we caught and cooked up?!? Thanks Pam!

Wedding weekend

We had an incredible time at The Grant House for my son's wedding weekend. This property was the perfect place for the rehearsal dinner we hosted for the wedding party. It was laid out perfect for entertaining. Our family played cornhole in the yard, we had drinks and dinner on the second floor deck and the kids had the perfect getaway in the birds nest! Pam was the best host you could ask for! Pam and her business partner Tom, the owner of The Old Fish House next door have to be commended for their hospitality. The convenience of having a seafood restaurant within walking distance was a plus that you could not get anywhere else. My family fished and enjoyed the dock and the yard was perfect for rehearsal. I can not stress enough about the terrific hospitality of Pam and Tom and we will definitely come back to the Grant House our next visit to Palm Bay. This was the perfect place for our unforgettable weekend.
