Very adequate. Close to evey where we go to fish. It was clean and comfortable and we had a very restful time. Hostswere very accommodating. We look forward to another stay in June.

Took my family to visit Huntsville for the first time. The stay was great, not a far drive to town and out in the beautiful country.

Lovely home

The house was clean and very functional. Loved learning the history of the property! Made our stay so wonderful and was able to host a family dinner for new years.

Family visit

We enjoyed our stay, nice cottage, very well furnished and decorated. It is very comfortable and convenient to Guntersville, Huntsville and Scottsboro. It's also quiet and secluded. I recommend this "home" because that's the way you feel, at home.

I absolutely loved my stay here at the cozy cottage. I was running in a local race and it was perfect distance away from the start line! The description was exactly what I found when I arrived. I am so glad I picked this place to stay! It was perfect!

Amazing and Home Essence

The small touches were beautiful. It was elegant and peaceful. Warm and clean. The communication with the property owners was ideal. Can't wait for our next little getaway.

Solo fishing trip

This house was perfect for my stay. I bookended the trip with a couple bass tournaments, and stayed by myself. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The WiFi allowed me to stay connected to work during the week, while the house provided a getaway for me when prepping for the tournaments.

Exactly what we needed

We spent New Years Eve weekend visiting with my family and this place was wonderful for getting away from the noise and getting some sleep. It had everything and more than we needed with the full kitchen, coffee bar, and complimentary drinks and snacks. Thank you for having us! We would like to return next year.

A Great place to stay...

The house was newly renovated and very nice. The owner is very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make a good impression. I would not hesitate to use this listing again.

Nice Spot

The cottage was really clean and quiet. It was enough close enough to town to do things. Loved having all the flyers of things to do. Only downfall is the bedroom stays a little warm and you have to becareful getting out of the shower. We loved it. 😍

Great place

The place is located just a few miles from Waterfront on Lake Guntersville. Its a 10 minute ride to Scottsboro. The property manager is first class! Ill be back for sure.

Fishing trip

Enjoyed our stay. We drove in from a few hours away to stay and fish in a Saturday tournament on the lake. It was a perfect place for the occasion. We were conveniently 15 minutes from Goose Pond boat launch. Very clean place. We really appreciated the bottled waters and snacks provided. Would recommend for a weekend getaway to the country or fishermen needing an overnight or 2. We plan to return to this place next year (maybe sooner) for the same tournament or weekend fishing.

A cozy little cottage feel!

We came to town for my god-sons wedding in Section, AL and I seen this little cottage and thought it would be perfect for my family to stay as it was in the center from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding venue. The cottage was very clean and had everything we could have asked for. I loved that it was quite and almost secluded. They only thing that I would suggest would be maybe having a stand up fan for the bedroom.. (I usually travel with one but forgot it) other than that I would totally stay again!! Thanks for a nice clean place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It wes very clean and we loved the quiet country setting.

We are older and my wife has some mobility chalenges and she had difficulty with some things. It would have helped to have one more step at the enterance. Tje bed was a little high for her and the was not handicap friendly. The cleanliness and atmosphere were amazing. We were very comfortable there.

Wonderful Stay

The property host was amazing. We had messaged about staying before we booked. Someone else booked the property before I booked, but the host was awesome enough to let me know when the property became available again. Then I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but the host was amazing to let me know and change the dates. The Bakery Cottage was amazing for me and my husband. We had the perfect pre-race night at the cottage. My husband is already planning our next stay. We love the cottage so much.

Nice clean rental

We enjoyed our stay here! We picked this place because our activities in the major cities could still be done and we could have the space needed in a non city setting. Our truck is big and there was adequate parking out front along with a plug which was needed for the truck since temps dipped to the single digits! The house stayed warm enough which surprised us given the crazy cold the south was experiencing during our stay. The kitchen was adequate enough to cook meals and bake some santa cookies! The Christmas tree was a great surprise and we didnt need our own! Communication was great and directions were clear. We all enjoyed our stay!
