"Good hotel like most of Holiday Inn Express. However this time the room was not as clean as you would expect for a +85 Pound/night hotel. The desk in the room was sticky with plenty of marks from previous guests. The property was easy to use, car park on site, clean and beautiful decor - modern and fresh. The bed was so comfy and bedding was excellent quality. "The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. "Absolutely fabulous stay. The hosts were lovely and personable, perk fast was delicious, and it was so quiet and cozy. Is was a great base to do our first week of exploring. I couldn’t recommend Rob and Jacquie enough, especially if you want somewhere out of the way that takes care of all the littles details. "

"The Barns Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, room was comfortable and clean and there is free parking. The restaurant served reasonably priced food and the breakfast was lovely. The manager kept the bar open until we had all returned from a local festival. We would stay here again in the future 😁 "

"Got an excellent price a week before the stay. Very comfy bed and a nice bar/breakfast area. We arrived an hour before check in time and staff were very helpful and let us check in immediately which is always appreciated."
