"The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably."

"We arrived very late due to flight changes because of adverse weather. So when we arrived we were very tired from having travelled all day. "The house is impressive. We had 7 adults in our party, golf trip. The house was clean, fully stocked, and spacious...plenty of room for all. "Summer Breeze was the perfect house for the 7 seven families that we had over the weekend! There was enough space for everyone, plenty for the kids to do, and cozy enough that it felt like home. And the view looking out over the lake was SPECTACULAR! Our only note was there was not enough towels, but there was a lot of us and we made it work. I’m recommending this property to everyone I know and we will definitely be back! We all had a great time!"
