On the 1st floor: Access to the living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with sofa and television. On this level is also the bathroom, with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, as well as washing machine and dryer.

From this level, you also have access to a 15m2 terrace. Ideally oriented, with a table and chairs.
