"Excellent room, older property well maintained and very tidy. Lots of welcoming touches."

"Air conditioning didn’t work properly but luckily it wasn’t a hot time of year and the window opened for good air flow"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the check-in process is terrible. There are no actual human beings working on the property. The key pad on our door wasn't working properly and we had to call someone to remotely open our door every time we entered. We have stayed here before and liked it but with this change to zero staffing, AI communication, and difficulty with the remote entry we won't be staying here again. And we come to Manitou Springs at least once a year. Time to...

"Our room was the first room onto the Main Street and it was as extremely noisy from vehicle traffic. They could not relocate our room"

"Where do I start? Upon entering the room, it was very spacious yet had a smell of smoke. Walked to the balcony to air out the room, opened up the balcony doors, and I immediately smelled marijuana. The carpet was pretty stained, but beds were clean and freshly made and the bathroom was clean. Went to throw something in the dryer and there was a sewer smell near the washer. Luckily it was not overwhelmingly strong. Street noise was loud but was drowned out by a sound machine. However the...

"Good experience"

"This was not a Lodge in any sense of the word. These are barracks designed to house oil field workers. There was no one to check in with and had to call the number and then wait at least 20 minutes for a disinterested person to tell me what unit I was in. I would have left but there was a no refund policy and I was exhausted from driving. Grimy floor, stove, drawers, and a general funky smell. When I checked the reviews, someone had posted a 10/10 which to me means that they must have stayed...

"Denise did a great job of answering questions and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. It was extremely clean and spacious, will definitely stay here again if we get another opportunity."
