"The property was fine. We new the size going in. The neighbors who shared a outside living space we're partying all night long leaving huge messes and taking up all the outside living chairs. We almost left after the first night because of the neighbors!"

"This property is ideally located - easy walk to everything you need - shopping, dining, beaches, amusement park, nightlife, etc. We felt safe leaving our kids (ages 9-13) while we went to dinner. The house was well-stocked with towels (we had 11 people and enough towels, toilet paper, etc :) ). Can't wait to come back to Okoboji again!"

"Beautuful cottage and nice dock. The kitchen & guest bathroom rugs needed cleaning. Could not watch TV as the signal was always scrambled. The coffee pot needed cleaning from the previous occupant who also left the dishwasher full of dishes. They also left dirty grill tools on the grill. We did enjoy the quiet setting."
