"Ants in the room I was put in (noticed one crawl in me day one, but thought nothing of it until day 2-3 when there were more) did get moved rooms thankfully, but seems every room the windows are never fully shut and the screens broken. Likely why there are ants. When I got moved rooms, for remainder of stay, no one came in to tidy up daily, when I had daily service in previous ant room."

"As a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children, we stayed here the weekend of May 1-3, 2026, while we were in Grande Prairie for a sports event. The hotel was generally quiet and quite clean. The room was spacious, with two queen sized beds, and a kitchenette consisting of over/stove, microwave oven and a full sized fridge. Staff were friendly and attentive.
