There is no sign on the street, but everything was nice. The night front desk worker didnt seem very professional, didnt explain anything and didnt look like she cared.

A lot of the exercise equipment was not in working order. I chose this place since it was an approved hotel for Dell employee's. This one had free breakfast, which was good . plus a gym. I need to come back this coming up week and hopefully, these thinks will be fixed.

For being a fairly new property, our room was in quite a state of disrepair. Soap dispensers were ripped from the wall, barely hanging on, shower had no pressure and the water was cold. Couldn't sleep the entire night because the Air unit made a horrible loud rattling noise whenever it turned on. There was construction spray foam on the wall and side of vanity that no one ever bothered to remove. Other fixtures were loose, as if they were never properly installed. Overall it feels like it was a rush job to complete the room and it's a problem that this was ever signed off on as complete or ready for occupancy at any point.

Rooms were really nice, beds were nice and comfy! Pool was sort of small and crowded, but still decent. The staff was okay. The breakfast was really good considering! We would stay again if we're in the area.

Great overnight stay!
Since this hotel is relatively new, the rooms were in great condition and the lobby looked great. Very comfortable beds!

Good place to stay for a longer trip
Overall it was a very nice stay however the heating/cooling unit kind of had a mind of its own and worked when it wanted and not all the time and the refrigerator in the suite kept tripping the breaker. The other thing I would say is while the beds were nice they were not them was comfortable. But it was very clean and environmentally friendly. The breakfasts were nice with many choices and the staff was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay there again

The refrigerator in room 405 doesn't work. Upon investigating and pulling the refrigerator out myself, I determined that the wall plug for the refrigerator doesn't work. The fan to the bathroom also doesn't work. This is a new hotel! Upon checkout, I informed the clerk of the problems. She then admitted that the hotel was aware of the problems in that room and they were waiting on an electrician to fix it. Since the hotel was aware of the problem, why did they give me that room? There is a sign in the lobby that if a customer is not completely satisfied, that I would receive a free night's stay, which I asked for. The clerk advised that she didn't have the authority to give me a free night but she would have the manager call me that day. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard from the manager.

Great hotel, very clean and new
The stay was overall good. Hotel was clean, our room was clean. Only complaint we had was that there was many children staying this particular weekend. I assume a travel hockey league with mostly early teenage boys. They were running halls and being extremely loud until well after 11 pm. The hostess tried to put us on a floor that was supposed to be quieter, but that did not stop the boys from running up and down the halls and making lots of noise. Other than that, it would’ve been a perfect stay. I know it’s out of my and the hotel staffs control.
