We were planning our annual trip to the Dells and decided to switch it up! It worked out great because, although we got rained out of the water park, the home provided comfort. We weren't confined to a room and could enjoy the property's outdoor trails, paddleboat, trampoline, and fire pit. The kitchen is updated, which provided a good space for us to gather with food and board games.

Weekend Getaway

Such a cute and charming property. My family and I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was very clean, comfortable , and inviting. I don’t know if this is a complaint or an opinion. The bed was very loud. Overall we were very happy with this rental and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you very much for being such good hosts!!

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful surroundings. Our girls loved the tree swings. The lake was peaceful. Did not end up taking out the paddle boat because it was covered in ants. Also, had an issue getting the code to access the cabin. Other than that we had a wonderful weekend.

Great place to stay! Adorable cabin on beautiful property! The host answered any questions we had. The only thing that we weren't a fan of were the beds. They were not the most comfy and quite squeaky but aside from that it was an amazing stay. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay there again!!!

The property was a dream. Clean and comfortable. We felt peaceful. Saw a lot of deer. Even heard wolves in the evening…The host was easy to communicate with. Campfires with plenty of wood. The kitchen was stocked with all essentials. We were sad to leave and head back to reality!!!

2nd year in a row staying at this property. We love it! Close enough to the Dells but still plenty far away to be out of the busyness. My kids love the trampoline and the family time around the fire. And of course the hikes to the lake. Great hosts! Thank you

Enjoyable getaway

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. In the beginning we did run into a couple issues with a fuse being blown and internet not working. Both were fixed upon communication with the owner. The only other issue we had was with ants. There are hundreds of ant hills outside and many (probably about 20) found their way into the living room and kitchen area, while a couple were in the bedrooms. Tried to alert the owner but it took a very long time (several hours) to get a response. A picture also fell down from a nail when the nail fell out of the wall and almost hit our small child. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. The cabin was the perfect peaceful getaway and was our favorite VRBO we rented.

Annette V's review of cabin & property is spot on. 1/2 mile walk from cabin to lake was a must for me, my wife and my dog after morning coffee. Very peaceful! Only disappointment was no fire at night because of super dry conditions. If you are looking to escape from city or suburban living...this place is clean and quiet. Owners were very responsive and answered all questions quickly. Woul stay here again!

Relaxing and beautiful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property! Everything was very clean, organized, and nicely decorated. Our dog enjoyed all of the surrounding woods and trails. The deck looking towards the backyard is awesome - plenty of seating to relax and appreciate nature! We ate at “The Wooden Nickel Bar & Grill,” which had great food and awesome service.

Fun relaxing week with the Dells Excitement.

Was great coming Back from the Dells to a quite peaceful house. Actually wished we spent more Time at the property. Next time going to add another day just to enjoy the lake access more.

A great getaway!

This property allowed me, my 4 kids and parents to have a fun AND relaxing long weekend. Many options for all to enjoy the weekend the way each wanted to. From a relaxing nap on the hammock to fun (and exhausting) time on the hammock. It was fun for all! Thank you!
