The unit was very nice, spacious and clean. Loved that it has a brand new washer and dryer, as we were able to clean our clothes following our rafting trip. TV works, great location, just steps away from the lake and 5 min from the park entrance. Coffee and breakfast place is attached to the building, was very good. Can’t wait to get back to Grand Lake.

Great space for a couple to be close to everything in Grand Lake. Easy access to the lake itself to launch a paddle board or kayak. Easy access to main street for restaurants.

We loved our stay! It's right in the middle of the town and shops, very close to the lake, about 5-10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, in a safe area, and the host communicates promptly. There's a kitchen with all of the appliances, as well as a washer/dryer and there was laundry detergent available for us and lots of towels. 10/10 would recommend.

After a slight communication issue, I was able to check in with no further issues. I never received instructions on how to get to the roof top lounge area but not a huge issue. Overall, the condo was clean and suited my needs.

Nice condo unit in the heart of Grand Lake. The unit is a perfect size for 2 (although you could manage 4 with the sofa bed). The kitchen was equipped sufficiently to allow for making some meals in rather than having to eat out and, even though it's a studio, the living room/bedroom area is in the back of the unit and can be screened from the kitchen area if needed (we didn't bother).The bathroom was large with a nice walk in shower unit. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer, which we used several times. The bed was comfortable and the wall mounted TV was quite large and easily watchable from either the bed or the sofa.The owner responded to my inquiries quickly and we were very happy with the unit and would happily stay here again. Overall and excellent stay and an excellent value for the area.

Rocky Mountain Getaway

We had a great time. This property is right in the middle of Grand Lake. It is surrounded by mountains and just a few minutes from the West Entrance to Ricky Mountain National Park.

This condo was perfect for our stay. The unit was clean, a short walk to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Property Manager was quick to respond with any questions.

Grand Accommodation

Place was clean and plenty of amenities. Loved having a washer and dryer so all clothes were clean when we left! The owner responded quickly with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the newness and especially the location of this studio unit. Roomy spaces even though it is a studio. Large bathroom and nice to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. Also, quick response from owner was appreciated!
