The home was beautiful, spacious, and worked out perfectly for our golf group with guests traveling in from around the world. The setting was exactly what we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the house had everything we needed to relax after long days on the course. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a mountain getaway.

The home was as described with a fully stocked kitchen to make meal prep for our group of 7 adults and 2 children an easy task. Plenty of dining space and living space indoors and out. We enjoyed the game tables and the sauna and seeing the stars at night. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Casey responded quickly to questions and requests. This home was perfect for our family vacation! The homeowners spared no expense designing this home to be a perfect getaway. From the basics to the Keurig coffee maker and Google speaker for music it was perfection! Best equipped kitchen ever! There was plenty of room for those of us who had to work a little while we were there. We enjoyed fooseball, shuffleboard, pingpong as well as the toys and games provided. The homeowners responded immediately when we had a question and were very kind. Would definitely recommend.

Good accommodations for a large group. However, guest should be advised of the outdoor curfew and quiet hours imposed during the stay. We had a few issues that were challenging but the owner took the time to resolve them diligently, even if the communication was challenging.

Our family vacation was extremely enjoyable at this luxurious house. It was just beautiful. Not only did we enjoy drinking coffee on the patio in the morning, but we also loved the fire pit and hot tub each evening. The house was very well equipped and clean. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the Shuffle Board and Foosball Table. Not only that, but cousins were able to bunk together in their secret hideaway.

Beautiful home, fun for kids!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I went with our children, our best friends and their children. We had 4 adults and 7 children. All seven children were able to stay in their own space and the adults were able to enjoy our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids area is behind a hidden door, that was a fun game for the kids to play right away, “find your room”. All of us enjoyed the foosball, shuffleboard and ping pong table. Plenty of board games for the family as well. We really enjoyed the back patio area and hot tub as well. The house was very clean and we had all that we needed to cook every day. I loved how it was located perfectly between Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake and Lake Grandby. We were in close proximity to all. The only negative comment I have is that you’re not allowed to be outside after 9pm and we really wanted to enjoy the hot tub as adults but by the time we got dinner cleaned up and kids to bed it was always after 9pm. We couldn’t even go outside to hang out and visit so we wouldn’t wake the kids. Not that big of a deal, we worked around it but just wanted to make others aware so you can plan accordingly. We spent too much time at the lake and seeing the sights so we didn’t really get to enjoy the hot tub and patio due to the curfew. Just not enough hours in the day! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in a clean and comfortable house while visiting the Grand Lake area!

Solid RMNP Basecamp

This beautiful home is a great place to rest after adventures in RMNP. Plenty of space to unwind for kids and adults alike. There are a few areas that I would have expected better for the price point: the only available glasses in the kitchen were plastic and in very poor condition, the heater on the porch is broken, as was the fire table. In addition, there was peeling paint on the outdoor table.

Grand Lake

This was a beautiful house and suited for our two families. The house is well stocked with everything and the views fantastic. Our little grandson just loved exploring the area. The house is very nicely decorated and modern, yet homey. It is about 5 miles from Grand Lake so easy to come and go.

Grand Lake Vacation

The house was everything we were expecting and more. It was fully equipped and we were able to cook daily. The accommodations were well appointed and comfortable. The hot tub was a hit with the family. The owners were readily available with prompt responses. My only issue was that I did not read close enough - is that it’s an additional $50/ per day person over 6.occupants - and that includes small children.

Great house for group

Our family had a wonderful time. The house has a great layout for entertaining. However, there are 2 things I would have loved to know prior to booking as they would have definitely changed my booking choice. First, the extra guest fee which was a surprise to me as I had not encountered this in my prior experiences. There is an additional fee of $50 per guest per day! This hidden fee increased my stay by $1000. As a previous guest mentioned, it seems unreasonable to pay this much more when you are still well under capacity. The second item is that the security cameras installed around the home are definitely used by the host to watch the guests. This was made clear to me the moment we walked in. This was a very uncomfortable feeling for me personally. I also rent our home in CO and would never consider spying on clients/guests.

Snowmobile trip

House was a perfect starting point for our group. Although there wasn’t enough snow to ride to the trails it was quick and easy to trailer. The house is absolutely stunning and well cared for. Well stocked kitchen and top of the line appliances kept us in each night cooking for the group. I was quite pleased to see the community has a zero tolerance for noise or any other obnoxious behavior listed right on the rules of the house. Nothing worse than loud neighbors. Would love to return one summer to see how beautiful the lake is.
