We had a great visit. This house was perfect for us.. The location is perfect for a Palisade /monument/ fruita weekend ! Would highly recommend . No problems whatsoever would come here again.! Bonus was the alpacas!!

A wonderful time in a great place.

We had a wonderful time while we were in Grand Junction. It was a great place to meet up with siblings. Our accommodations were perfect for us and I hope we can meet up there again.

Perfect place for our family (kids, grands & gr grandma too!) to stay while attending wedding. Everything we needed. Communication with Michelle was very great. She promptly answered questions and requests. The kids loved seeing the 3 day old alpaca! We would definitely recommend and will stay again if we are in Grand Junction area.

It seemed like the host thought of everything. The availability of bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. was very impressive. The only hiccup is that one of the bunk beds could use some WD-40 or tighten the screws. It was quite squeaky, but it was nice to have so many other options. Great place for a girls weekend and hanging out with alpacas.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was as advertised. It was clean and the host was amazing and responsive. Plenty of supplies, dishes, bedding, and toilet paper. In addition, the property provided coffee, toiletries, and spices. The area was quiet and we had a wonderful stay.

Huge comfortable home

Amazingly huge kitchen and living areas. Loved the patio with grill, table, chairs and fire pit. Lamas we’re fun for the kids to visit. Everything so well appointed we lacked for nothing. 😃

Largest kitchen I’ve ever seen. Extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Alpacas to visit in the back. Great patio with grill, table, chairs, fire pit. Great if you have other guests come over for a meal or visit.

Great place to stay

We had a great time in this house. It was very clean and spacious. We had all the amenities we needed for our big family. I loved cooking in the kitchen and making big meals for our family. The view outside the window was beautiful and spectacular. Thanks for your wonderful home!

Best Time Ever!

This property was as advertised, was very clean, and had a responsive and kind host! It stood out above other airbnb's because it was so well stocked! Plenty of supplies, dishes, bedding....AND they also furnished cotton balls, tooth brushes, Q-tips, coffee (w/all the fixings), first aid kit, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.....we absolutely had everything we needed! Loved it...made us feel like special guests.

Lovely Home!

This home was spacious and the kitchen was wonderful! It was in a great location for our needs. The owner was very responsive to a question that we had about the swamp cooler and the issue was resolved. We especially loved that the checkout was simple. That makes a big difference when you're travelling with a big group that includes children! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great place to stay!

This property was perfect for our family and our extended family as we were in town to celebrate my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary. The house and the patio were beautiful and spacious. The location is convenient - can get to almost any place in the valley within 15 minutes. Even though there are 2 other rentals on the same property it was quiet and private. The property manager was also very helpful. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

A lovely place near Palisade and Grand Junction

We had 11 adults staying at The Vineyard for three nights. The common areas were spacious and bright. The bedrooms, for the most part, were small but we only slept there so it was not a problem. My only concern was the stairs (one set was very steep and the others had no handrails) but as long as your group has no one who is disabled, it will not be a problem. It was a lovely home and I recommend it.

Very nice place!

Liked everything there, even alpacas. Only comment we have is it's not real far from I-70, and the bedrooms face that way, so with the windows open there is some road noise. But with either earplugs, or some noise cancelling earbuds, it's fine. And with the windows closed should be OK. But not enough of an issue to pass on this property.....

While we enjoyed the property’s spaciousness for a large family gathering, there were a couple of drawbacks. The photos of the property show a grass yard which, with lots of kiddos, we were looking forward to using for group games like kickball, badminton, etc. We were disappointed to find the yard was fenced off and being used for farming. Additionally, the property does not have central A/C but instead uses a swamp cooler. This caused the upper rooms to be too hot to sleep well while the lower rooms were freezing (we had to turn the cooler on high to try and force the air upstairs). In order for swamp coolers to work properly, the door and a window to each room must be left open. This is very impractical when there are little ones trying to sleep while the adults are still up playing games, etc. If you’re visiting sometime other than the hottest time of the year, the swamp cooler is probably adequate.

Great base for exploring Grand Junction and Palisade

Six of us stayed here for a family birthday trip, and we were really satisfied with the rental. The house is huge with tons of space and comfy bedrooms, plentiful dining areas, and an enormous kitchen that is generously equipped with all the cooking utensils and other items you'd need to feed a whole family. It was also extremely clean and extremely well-maintained. And, because it's on a quiet semi-residential road, it's very quiet, too. The check-in/out processes and instructions were simple to follow, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. From the house, it's an easy drive or Uber/Lyft ride into downtown Grand Junction, and also an easy trip into Palisade for wine tasting/etc. Overall, a really solid location whether using it just as a base or if you're spending lots of time there in the house.

Great stay, beautiful house.

House is nice, modern and clean, and kitchen was well stocked. The tea leaves were actual chrysanthemum and rose bulbs, that was a nice touch. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will stay here again.

Fabulous property for a large family gathering

Had everything we needed for our large family of 14. Loved the Alpacas out back and the firepit was perfect for stores. The masterbath shower was fantastic and we had a waiting line for it every night. Overall the home was spacious and well maintained. Would highly recommend.

Terrific, spacious home

We rented this home for a local festival with our extended family. The house was terrific with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is huge, and makes for a nice gathering place. Beds were comfy and everything was clean and well cared for.

Great Location. Perfect mix Of rural and residential.

This is a wonderful property for a family to gather. Plenty of high quality room for food, fun, and festivities. Excellent kitchen and everything you need to host a big family event. Comfortable beds, and wonderful amenities. Rural feel but easy access to all the area offers. You get a lot for the rate. We definitely would make this our first place to check availability upon any future visit to Grand Junction.
