Nice Little Studio
We were very pleased with our stay. It was the perfect space for our extended weekend. Having the little fenced yard was great for our dog to use, and they had a pooper scooper on site to use which was a bonus! Furniture was comfortable, bed was nice, room was clean. Studio was well stocked with random necessities. Appreciated the ability to use the carport. For me, the shower head was more than adequate in height, a convenience often overlooked. We really don't have any negatives to say. Our only 'knock' was that it is a corner lot on a busier road and that noise gets in and I'm a lighter sleeper. But, that knock is somewhat overlooked as you are in a good area of town for ease of getting to other places but also it's a good neighborhood. Would easily stay again if available for another trip.

Great place to land for Grand Junction adventures
The house is small, but worked well for us. Two adults and 2 medium-size dogs fit well for 3 days. Cooking full meals would be somewhat difficult, but we brought mostly salads and cheese/crackers, and also ate out. The bed is comfortable, and the shower water pressure is strong and plenty of hot water. The fenced side yard was very important for our dogs, and they made good use of it. There is a beautiful Hospice campus behind this home that was great for morning walks with the dogs. Justin, the host, was responsive and check in went without a hitch. We would stay here again.

Great spot
Had a lovely stay in our first VRBO experience. Location is perfect - great neighborhood, close to places of interest, and excellent privacy and security. The carport was a lifesaver during an incredible downpour. It was just a perfect spot for a wonderful long weekend! Would 100% stay again.

Fantastic Dog-Friendly VRBO in Grand Junction
This is our second time staying at this location, and it did not disappoint! It’s perfectly located and close to restaurants, a City Market and access to Patterson Road. The host was friendly and responsive to questions. The dogs loved the separate yard as well!

Extended weekend getaway
This property was absolutely perfect for the two of us to have a safe, comfortable home-base stay while we were out playing in the Grand Junction area. It has just what you would need and expect at any high-end hotel and you have your own easy access with an area for your pet if needed (which we did not). This has been our second stay and both times have been very convenient and comfortable. The property owner has also been extremely good at communication and making sure everything is right!

Very nice
Only one drawback for dog owners, you can’t access the yard from inside the unit, you need to leash your dog and go outside thru a gate…super clean with very nice amenities… would definitely stay again.

Private, great location
My husband, two dogs, and I spent a very nice 4 nights here and enjoyed the walking path right next to the house. Quiet, close to everything, and not missing anything you'd need for a comfortable stay.

Great Grand Junction Option
This property was awesome! We just needed a place to stay. Spent most of the time visiting relatives. Three minutes to walk to Spoons, close to pretty much everything! Host was very quick with correspondence. Residence was very clean and nicely decorated. Great fenced in yard for our dog to roam without his leash. The only thing lacking was a closet. There were pegs to hang up coats and jackets. Thank you for providing such a great option when traveling with pets!

Great Place!
This property was in a great location, loved the separate structure for privacy and the yard was perfect for my two dogs that I brought along. The space was clean and Justin thought of everything: a hair dryer, dog toys, lint roller, kitchen supplies, you name it - he had it. I’ll definitely be staying again when I visit Junction!

Terrific Experience
My wife and I spent four nights at this property and everything was wonderful. The place is the right size for two adults. Very clean. Comfortable bed and really nice bathroom. Dormitory refrigerator, microwave and cook top, as well as a charcoal grill outside. If you plan to cook you have what you need. We will definitely book this place on future visits to Grand Junction. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our needs
This was perfect for our visit to Grand Junction! Since it was stay was unexpected we had to bring our dog. There was a wonderful dog run, plenty of space in the property, and a wonderful air conditioning unit so we weren’t concerned when we had to leave her for a bit. I would come back here next time I am in the area!

Nice comfortable private property
This property was excellent place to sleep and for my dog to use the dog run. It also had good access to airport , downtown restaurants and grocery store. Streaming and cable tv did not function easily, nor did the air conditioner. Wanted to extend our stay 1 more night and asked to do shortly after I made reservations 2 months before hand. I did not get a response and required repeating my request at which time it was unavailable. Don’t plan on cooking as the refrigerator is small and there is virtually no counter space.

My wife and I spent a week in this unit and it worked really well for us. Proximity to downtown & I-70 was both good, the unit itself contains everything we needed within the one room space. Everything worked well & looked good. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location close to everything we needed and a short drive away from the interstate, but not too close where you heard semis. It was nice to have a computer as both husband and I had work instances that needed our attention. Went there for a concert and only a 5 min drive from the venue!

Close to CMU
This little studio is very close to CMU which made visiting my daughter so convenient! It was very clean and pretty spacious for the size. The decor is very modern and the bed is comfortable. There is a sofa sleeper pictured on the listing that was no longer there. When I contacted Justin, the owner about it, he had a great solution of letting us use an air mattress he had tucked away. The yard was great for my dog, he had plenty of space to take care of business ☺️

Great place
Great clean place to stay. Location was good and has all the necessities. Something to note: the fenced in yard is next to the house.. not connected close to the door. If you want to take the dogs out you need to leash them to take them to the fenced in area. The property is located by a busy street so be careful with your furry friends. Also, there is a camera pointed directly at the door. Kind of makes you feel like your being watched. All in all a great place to stay.

Perfect for us!
This is the perfect place to stay for 2. This was a visiting weekend to see our daughter at CMU. The campus was a 5 minute drive from here. Grocery store 2 minutes and the perfect walking path for a beautiful relaxing walk with our little dog. A really nice restaurant right behind this place makes it a perfect 10 in our book. A large enough covered carport provided me the safe place for my Vechicle. We lived the little extras: his and her robes, delicious coffee options, excellent T.V., comfy bed. This has everything you need including a small cooktop for the minor cooking needs. We had a date night in with charcuterie and wine. (Bring your own wine glasses) We will be back.

Perfect getaway!
It was a great rental for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. Good location, easy to find. The rental was very nice and very clean and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs. On our next trip here we definitely will stay here again!

Well thought out floor plan using optimum space for location of bed, coach recliner, TV and bathroom . Shower was fine with good water pressure. Great fenced in area for dogs to lounged. Nice and clean and located well within Grand Junction for getting to any location relatively fast.

Terrific place to stay
Cute place, super clean, everything brand new (Sept 2021) very comfortable bed and bedding, incredibly comfy couch for morning coffee. The last 3 rentals I’ve been in the couches were trashed. The small kitchen set up worked fabulous for us. Amenities for shower etc were first class, even two nice robes! There is a really nice walking path right behind the place, and what I considered to be the best restaurant in town, spoons, is a two minute walk on the path! The location is perfect, minutes from downtown, easy on off the freeway. Covered parking, a great fenced yard for the dog. The neighborhood is super cute smalller homes all fixed up, friendly neighbors on all our walks. The young people next door apologized for being loud. I never heard a sound other than some laughing. Communication was swift and excellent. You’ll love this place, perfect for two It lives bigger than the pictures show, we had plenty of space for our stuff and bodies!
