Lovely Accommodations
Property was as described and pictured. Patio area was my favorite place to have morning tea. The road noise of the busy traffic was the only drawback, but not within the control or the host, of course.

Cute and Convenient
Stayed here for over 2 weeks with my daughter while she recovered from surgery. Decor was so cute that I took pictures for future ideas for my own place. At the intersection of 2 main streets, but I found this convenient not so busy that it kept us up at night. Only issue was the dishwasher, which I'm sure Wendy has had fixed. She was great to work with!

Don't let the outside fool you...
A bit "meh" when you pull up, but don't let that fool you. The owner did a lovely job with the space. There was a nice coffee maker, selections of coffee (I'm sure there was tea too, but I'm a coffee lover, so I didn't pay close attention), and a well stocked kitchen. I also appreciated that the owner put together a notebook that gave information about the unit.

Top notch place!
This is a great place to stay in Grand Junction. It is well appointed and has lots of extras. It's clean and convenient to downtown and all the things the area has to offer. There's a great breakfast place across the street, too. Wendy is wonderful to work with and the locking bike shed was a real plus. We will be back and I recommend you book it!

Location was good
The major complaint I have is that the floors were dirty...so much so that my feet turned black. The cleaning fee was refunded after i complained and asked for a refund but it kind of ruined my stay.

Well equipped with cooking, bathroom & laundry supplies. Pleasant decor, spacious feel. Patio & grill a plus. During morning & evening rush-hour, traffic noise can be intense but did not find it overwhelming. Would stay again.

Convenient & Clean
Well kept, very well stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated. We like the concenience of the washer/dryer and enjoyed use of the living areas. It is in an easily accesible location, which also brings a bit of road noise from nearby traffic. For our weekend stay, we enjoyed it and thought it perfect for a home base in the evenings. Would stay again.

Property was pretty well cared for and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Cleaning was okay (it appeared floors were vacuumed but not mopped). The key reason for a 3 rating was noise. The unit is at the corner of Patterson and 1st. Both high traffic streets. Left a day early due to noise.

Fantastic little getaway
Jan’s place was absolutely adorable. It is close to everything and even has an outdoor seating area with chairs/table and a grill. A great place to sit and have coffee in the mornings while it’s still nice and cool.

Just as described
I am a travel nurse who stayed at the property for 3 months. The property is just as described. Very close to all the amazing things in Grand Junction. Well stocked with all the essentials. Loved the outside storage for my bike. Didn't get to use the patio because it was cold when I was there. The Landlord was very responsive when I needed something and communicated well when services were needing to do done (i.e. exterminator etc). My only negative to this place is the road noise. There is a hospital close-by and busy street right next to it which makes sleeping difficult during the day. However, I know they are replacing the windows so hopefully this will help. I loved my visit to Grand Junction and this little place was a big part of it. Thank you for letting me stay!

Perfect for a fall weekend with friends!
This place is perfect for a quick weekend away! Gorgeous outdoor seating (this pictures don't do it justice), but it is on the corner of a busy street. Smart TV, kitchen appliances, easy entry, & comfy bedrooms. I would absolutely stay here again!

We love this property and have stayed here a few times, very convenient , close to shopping, dining, etc. Great sitting- patio area outside, this property has all the amenities you need to go out of town from coffee, spices, bbq to laundry soap. Perfect space for 4 adults. Easy check in and out with a door code. Good parking options.

Our original reservation was changed due to plumbing issues and after 2 days in alternate place another family was given access also to same property. Original property was repaired but we were not notified . It was kinda strange knowing cops had been called and our stuff scattered about during a search instead of communication done with partner. Felt invaded because someone else also had same code. Fair warning to double check your reservations before entering a place.

You won’t be disappointed!
The host, Jan, was so responsive and we could tell she wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our time here. It’s very homey and clean. We could tell a lot of thought went in to what is provided to the guests. We could stay here for a lot longer than a weekend and wouldn’t need to buy anything but food. There are plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets provided. The beds are very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The AC works really well which is awesome when it’s 90+ out. The carport is great too-it’s covered and really big. We felt safe in the surrounding neighbor hood, and it really felt like we were coming home each night.

Cute place, close to amenities, but loud traffic noise
Started off a little rough before our stay; a couple of days before our trip we found out there was an issue with the shower (and that there was only 1 and not 2 showers as listed) but at that point it was too late to book anything else. Once we got there, had to call Jan as there wasn’t a unit # listed on the address. But I will say Jan was great at communication (even while she was on vaca!). She was easy to get a hold of and very responsive! The pros are: walking distance to breakfast and coffee, short drives to all other things like restaurants and grocery etc., the place is really well decorated and REALLY well stocked if you’re cooking while you’re there. Cons: the traffic is loud, couldn’t really enjoy the patio and it was loud at night. Found some ear plugs which helped a lot. Also the listing showed 2 showers and we had 4 adults so it was kind of a bummer but we managed. My friends that stayed in the 2nd bedroom suggested a different mattress pad for the queen bed, as it sounded plastic when they moved around. Overall the place worked well for us for our stay in Grand Junction.

Very easy check in, easy check out. And coordinating with manager to ensure coffee maker available and blender was so way! Possibly I misread the discretion and thought it was 2 bedroom 2 bath but realistically the shower is a Jack and Jill , however there is two toilets and two sinks. Loved the decor!! Nice patio!!

Would stay here again!
The location was good, easy access to I70 and shopping. Was a little loud with traffic noise but it was never an issue. Couldn’t figure out the TV but Gary came out to troubleshoot and he figured it out that the batteries needed changing! There were 2 new batteries on hand that solved the problem. The shower was stopped up, but there was plenty of sink cleaner and a stopper on hand. The only reason I bring it up is because these things do happen, even at home. and the homeowner was very responsive to anything and I appreciated that. Bed was comfortable and kitchen has everything you need.

Stayed during Palisade Peach Festival
OK for a quick stay. We didn't realize the property was a older townhome and butts up to a busy street (noisy & sirens, which makes sense since near a hospital). Neighbors were super loud (had late night party). Beds were not overly comfortable, mattresses should be replaced. Good layout & interior remodel.

I'm so sorry about the neighbors having a party. That is generally a very quiet area in regard to neighbors. In 5 years I have never had a complaint about a neighbor so there must have been so this is an unusual occurance. I'm sorry it happened dieing your visit. Being near amenities can come with compromises and one of those is traffic noise when you are outside on the patio in this case. I hope you enjoyed your time at the Peach festival!

Beautiful home, busy road
This is a great little house, it's just on a very busy street so you can hear traffic. It is well maintained and has everything you could need. We were lucky that we had cool evenings otherwise it could get hot with only a swamp cooler. Nice patio area, but we didn't use it in the July heat. Definitely would be fun in the fall!
