Thank you for your feedback. We would have appreciated the chance to have a conversation about your feedback as we take great pride in our bed and breakfast. We strive to make our home a place where all guests feel comfortable and make improvements based on feedback. The shower is a standard size single shower and can feel small. The owners that designed the home in 2001 wanted to make sure there was room for the 2 person jacuzzi tub. The showerhead is only a year old but we are in the process of upgrading the showerheads to include handheld wands. When I was cleaning the room after checkout, I noticed the three windows were not latched property which increased the noise level you experienced from the road. The king bed is very soft and we indicate that on the description of the room so guests know at the time of booking. If I had known you would have preferred a more firm bed, I could have moved you to another room that has a firmer mattress. We are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We take pride of ownership in our small bed and breakfast and when we fall short, we make changes. We do prefer direct feedback rather than anonymous feedback and a super low score of a 4 is disheartening and greatly impacts our small business.
