Great house. Amazing stay.
We had an amazing weekend at this property. It was fun and spacious. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. I was traveling with a group of youth and they were super excited when we got there. It was perfect for us!

Great location next to the golf course. Nice pool table to challenge all the adults. Kichen is modern and comfortable. The interior is a little bit dated and in need of minor TLC repairs: two bathroom doors not locking, door jams loose, and attention to detail by the cleaners.

Awful. Disgustingly Dirty. Creepy.
My small family and I stay at VRBO and similar properties often. I have never given a bad review. This was the absolute dirtiest, most disgusting property I have ever stayed in. The owner was completely non-responsive to our requests for action. The floors had not been cleaned in many stays. There were decomposing dead mice in traps behind the couch. Other traps were set in the open around the house. The finger breaking kind. I have a 2 and 5 year old. The pots and pans were sticky and greasy. The glassware had finger and lip prints, as if not cleaned. The hot tub filter was not even installed, and was foamy and gross. There were cigarette butts near the front door. 7 packages arrived for the owner while we were there. The owner or his son came and went from the garage while we were there. A broken down old Jag was blocking the driveway the entire time. After bringing all this to the owners attention and asking him to call me, he said he would look into it. A day later I asked him to call me again, and he said he would after 5. He never did. We ended up checking out early and let him know that. He never responded.

The owner never let me know about his son coming and his son pestered with my door to get in when the door locked and I was at the bnb alone and i asked over and over who was pestering with my door and i had gotten no answer from his son and an hour later his father texts and says that was his son

Large ranch house in the center of Grand Junction
I stayed with three adults and three young teens. The house is extremely comfortable and the hot tub and pool table provided fun activities for the evening. We visited in mid-November so it was a bit chilly to use the patio, but that would be a great hang out spot in warmer weather since it looks on the golf course. We were in G.J. to mountain bike. The property is not near any particular trail but about equidistant from all the places you want to ride. There is also a Safeway 1/2 miles away.

Great weekend getaway!
Overall, our experience was amazing but, it was very, very hard to get in contact with the property owner prior to our stay, which made everyone a little uneasy. However, once we got to the house, the communication was better.

Dissapointing
I booked this property because of it's capacity since we originally were thinking we would have a group of 12. In the end, we had a group of 7 ladies which was perfect for the sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately, our stay was rife with issues from the get go. First, when we checked in a window was blown open and broken. I had to message the host who came out and took a look at it. Then, the plumbing stopped working on the morning of our first full day and, although the host tried to help, a plumber couldn't come until after the weekend so we were left with a fragile plumbing situation for the remainder of our stay. So, unfortunately much of our one full day was spent overshadowed with texting back and forth to figure out the situation. I hope that it was just a fluke thing but I would ask before you book if it has been corrected because it seems to be a larger issue. The host did reimburse a portion of our payment, although it a couple days and frustrating phone calls to VRBO to get this settled.

Four Stat Stay
This property management was easy to talk yo and communicate with on multiple platforms. The place was huge and gorgeous and the hot tub was so large and comfortable. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the dubais was a surprise. There were some downfalls though, there were a lot of large cobwebs in the empty family room that were just signaling uncleanliness. We both showers had some issues. The main shower curtain rod fell down multiple times in the span of one shower and the other bathtubs entire spout flew off when the water was turned on. We noticed there were breaks in the pool table and in a mirror and a few blinds were broken and wouldn't close or open as well. The beds were large and nice though and I appreciated all the doorways into the main bedroom. The kitchen was lovely as well. Though there was an instance where one of my party stepped in a mouse trap he did not see by the window. It was a sticky one and was hard to get off of his foot. Overall it was a good stay with a small group though.

Beautiful home/placement with Rodent/spider issue
The property had mice and spiders all throughout the property. We found mice dropping in the kitchen, laundry room, living room, and one of the bedrooms. This is a serious health hazard - Hantavirus. We tried to contact Louis, the property owner. by phone, where he said to text him would get a faster response. So we texted him and no response (see attached screens shots). We also used the VRBO app to try to contact him. We had a large group, and it would be way more expensive to get 4 hotel rooms. So we went out and bought traps and sticky papers and placed it around the house. We also bought cleaning supplies and cleaned. There were also spiders found around the house, in the restroom and bedrooms. We killed them and sprayed disinfectant around the home. We slept in the home and were very disappointed in these things with the home. The home was very beautiful and placed in a magnificent spot along a golf course. But the rodent problem and spiders spoiled our trip.

Right down the fairway
High-end digs with fun/funky flair. Great kitchen with modern updates. Ample social space and sleeping space for our group of 9. The whirlpool/jaccuzi room was surprisingly popular. The back patio and lawn were great for reading and resting. We enjoyed the view from the back of the house looking at the golf course. Each morning we watched the extravagant Bellagioesque sprinkler show with Mt. Garfield and the Mesa in the distance. Ben was quick with help. Solid location. Thanks.

50th Birthday Family Gathering
I found this property and thought it would be perfect for my daughters in their 20’s, one boyfriend, my sister, husband & myself. We had six total and tons of space. It was amazing! The water pressure was fabulous for not only showering, but made the hot tub feel like a dream! We’d love to meet there again! The kids drove up from San Antonio and we came from Littleton, CO. We spent a day in Moab doing Xtreme 4x4 touring and floated 6.5 miles down the Colorado river in Palisades twice!!!!

Great House
Had a wonderful stay at this unique house. Comfortable for 10 people, 12 would be tight. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. The hot tub was fun and clean. The kitchen was friendly. The outdoor space was a great addition! Would highly recommend.

Fun, unique house
This house is quirky and fun! The incredible views of the booklciffs from the back patio and the nice, clean indoor hot tub are enough to sell it, but add in the pool table, comfy beds, nice linens, big TVs, eclectic decor and massage chair, and there is little not to like.

Beautiful and Spacious
My friends and I do an annual girls weekend and this place was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect as it's close to town but tucked away on the golf course with a lovely view of one of the mesa's. The rooms were nice and spacious and the house was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hot tub that's inside connected to tbe master suite.
