Absolutely fantastic! Everything was clean and exactly as listed. The location was so convenient and close to the beach. Much bigger than expected! Management was very easy to contact and had no issues whatsoever. Looking forward to staying here again.

We rented this property for a relaxing vacation. This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Highlights of the property: very short walk to the beach, beautiful views of Lake Michigan, very spacious for our entire family, about a 30 minute walk to downtown Grand Haven with lots of yummy sweet treats along the way.

The condo was exactly as described. We had no issues or complaints about anything The location is perfect if you like to walk. You can catch the sunset from the couch or the deck. You can get your 10k steps easily by walking to town and the lighthouse. Be cautioned that there are several steps up to the condo but that will help burn off the calories from the ice cream and Pronto Pups that you'll eat.We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect sunset

This was a very clean, very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable place to stay right across the street from the State Park. The views, especially the sunsets were wonderful from the living room area. We had everything we needed but a new small frying pan would be helpful. The deck off the kitchen was very nice but we would have needed to use some elbow grease for it to be of use to us. However we were very happy with our stay in Unit 3.

Third stay

Overall, this is a decent place to rent. We have stayed here 3 times now. The location is nice being close to the beach and an easy walk or bike ride downtown, to the light house and parks. We have noticed some things that haven’t seemed to be taken care of over the years and may end up looking for a new place next year.

Very convenient location

Excellent location

We loved our stay here. The location was excellent with the super close proximity to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops downtown. Apartment included everything we needed and came as expected from the ad. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Terrific condo

This place was much larger than expected. Comfy new chairs VERY clean! Nice king bed, cool toiletry touches, plenty of towels Well stocked Hallway musty, but the unit was fine Loved being across the street from the beach (state park) Bathrooms etc right on the beach :-) Memorial Weekend was cold, damp and windy, so we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Watching the windsurfers was great! Would definitely come back~ ALM

Don't judge a book by it's cover

Awesome condo and location. The top floor condo does have a lot of stairs but due to it's location, being on the top floor provided excellent views. We have previously stayed on Harbor Drive at another location and being set back from the street really helped minimize the road noise. Awesome home away from home. Excellent space and views and wonderful property managers who are very promt and responsive. We will be booking again. Thank you!

Absolutely Perfect

The location was perfect, literally steps across the street to the beach. The home was clean, it was WELL stocked with everything needed. Having young kids, we appreciated the small but important things like the bookcases/dressers being anchored to the walls. Would definitely recommend!

Weekend Away

We have rented this property on more than one occasion. It is the perfect location for us, walking distance to the beach and short drive to all the things we love. The sunset views of pier are amazing! We have always felt like we were right at home. We will be back again in the future I’m sure.

Kitchen and refrigerator were not well cleaned. Mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were uncomfortable. Since the house was principally to sleep, this had a big effect on our stay. That bedroom could be rethought.

Relaxing Bachelorette Weekend

The property was great and only steps away from the beach. The condo was great, and perfect for our needs, lot of seating areas and a nice patio. I would say the only drawback was the open concept in the master bath. It was nicely updated, but the main entry into the bathroom was a doorway, no door. Which would not have been a big deal if the toilet had been in a water closet, or if the shower had frosted doors. It just made it difficult to have multiple people in the master bathroom at the same time, but we were able to work it out and use beach towels to cover the shower door so someone else could be using the sink area, etc. With 8 guests we needed to share the 2 bathrooms as much as possible.
