Charming 4 bedroom in the heart of Grand Haven!

  • This charming cottage is located in the waterfront district and the downtown area of Grand Haven. It is a block away from the boardwalk that takes you right to the pier and the beach. Our famous lighthouse is within a half mile! A short four block walk will drop you right into the middle of our downtown. Many wonderful restaurants and interesting shops await you. There are marinas along the waterfront and charter fishing boats are available. Mini golf and a fun splash pad are some of the favorites, along with the many playgrounds in the area. The new Imagination Station is 3 blocks away at the local Ymca along with a skate park and ball fields. Boat and paddle board rentals, bike rentals and bike paths are all available within the area. Many parks and mountain biking/hiking trails nearby. You can walk to the end of the street and watch the famous Musical Fountain preform nightly. Many festivals and events are held through out the year, including our Coast Guard Festival and Salmon Festival. Grand Haven is a premiere spot to enjoy all that the lakeshore has to offer!!

Relaxing weekend stay

Our larger group of 8 stayed for a long weekend and were very happy with our stay. The home was clean, quiet, with large rooms, a well stocked kitchen, and outdoor space. Very responsive and helpful hosts, who offered good local suggestions. Location is excellent- a short two block walk to shopping, the canal, restaurants, musical fountain, etc.

Great place in the heart of Grand Haven

Stayed here for an annual golf trip with friends - house was great, perfect location and hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and book here again.

Soccer In The Sand

Location is perfect for both the beach and the social district. Parked once we arrived and never moved cars until we left! House fit everyone comfortably. Everything was clean. Would def stay again! Thank you!

Grandhaven Cottage

Comfortable clean cottage near everything fun in Grand Haven. Convenient first floor bedroom and bath for older family members. Stocked with plenty of items for simple meals. Chairs to relax on front porch, back deck, or folding chairs for beach.

Great Getaway

This house was well stocked, the kitchen layout was so good allowing several people to work there at once! The location was the bomb, so close to everything you might want to do. We learned that our family, cousins, once owned this house many years ago! Amazing! The front porch was wonderful too! I would definitely book this house again!!

Wonderful

The best review a place can get is if you would rent again and I certainly would. This place is clean and roomy. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood but still close to the water and all that Grand Haven has to offer. Loved our stay.

Great space in a great location

We stayed here with a couple of friends and 3 infants and one 2-year old between us all. The location was great and the home worked out perfectly for us on our first trip to Grand Haven.

Grand Haven location

very convenient comfortably roomy location near all the activities of Grand Haven. Close to downtown and within walking distance of the beach. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house. We have been twice before and continue to enjoy the convenience of this location with all the necessary home needs meant.

Great Grand Haven Stay

This property was as advertised! Very clean, they had everything we needed and an outstanding location. We walked to the lake, walked to the restaurants and the nightly light show! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property!

The location was top tier. The beach was a convenient walk away, but so was the down town. The house itself was charming with all the amenities we needed. Wonderful experience and would go again.

Convenient, Calm, and Enjoyable

The property is situated in a prime location and has easy access to downtown as well as most locations around Grand Haven. Robyn was very prompt in communication and making sure the home was up to mark before our check-in. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

The house is in a nice neighborhood and very convenient. My kids and grandkids enjoyed being able to walk to the downtown stores, ice cream, Pronto Pups, etc. the house suited us very well, however, there is a small step between the kitchen and dining area. Speaking from experience, don’t forget about it. Also, loved sitting on the nice front porch in the mornings. Would rent this house again.

Lots of room.

Location was perfect. House had the many beds and two bathrooms that was necessary for our 4 adults/3 children. Large dining table and seating area for lounging.Driveway holds one vehicle, the rest have to park on one side of the street in front. It was never a problem.We were blessed to spot a mother deer with her newborn fawn in the neighbor's backyard. So sweet!
