  • ONCE AGAIN BEING OFFERED FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL! This second-story condo resides in the historical Armory in the heart of Grand Haven and offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern convenience. It is within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, boardwalk, and beach.
    It includes a master bedroom suite with a king size bed, TV, and master bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a daybed with a twin trundle below. Both bedrooms have huge walk-in closets. The second full bathroom includes a stackable washer/dryer and is directly across the hall from the second bedroom. The open concept kitchen, dining, and great room provide ample space for gathering and there are peekaboo views of the channel from every room. This condo is very clean, well-appointed, and organized with many newer furnishings such as beds, bedding, TV’s and more. Although businesses are downstairs, the unit is extremely quiet. Parking is available for one standard-size vehicle or bikes and strollers in the secure garage within the building. There is also convenient free street parking or a parking permit for the city lot directly adjacent to the building.

Family Vacation!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and in a fantastic location. Very well stocked with everything we needed! Walking to all the downtown shops and restaurants and also the musical fountain.

Great location

We loved Grand Haven. The Armory was walkable to so many things. Good food, beaches, shops. The condo was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Owners were very helpful and responsive.

Grand haven armory

we really enjoyed staying in this apartment above the armory, everything was perfect, super clean, spacious bedrooms, had everything we could possibly need. My only complaint is you really can't walk to the beach if you have kids and a lot of stuff but we were able to park at the beach, no problem! So close to food and shopping though, which was nice!

Sunsets, Sand and Relaxation

The condo was very clean, well-stocked with everything you would need, perfect location to downtown life, and a short walk to the beach. It was just what we needed to relax and recharge. My family loved everything about our stay including days at the beach, dinner in town, and walks to the pier to enjoy the sunsets. April was a great host. She was only a text away if I had a question. She was great at checking in to make sure our family was happy and enjoying our stay. My family will be back next summer. :) .

Beer, BBQ & Coffee!

Great place with a great location. Quick walk to the heart of town & the boardwalk. Nice & comfy with cool architectural features. The brew pub, BBQ & coffee joint down stairs were perfect for grabbing a beer or dinner after the beach or coffee in the am. Owners are accommodating & we would definitely stay again [maybe without the kids so we could enjoy live music & a few more drinks at Grand Armory Brewing!]

Wonderful location and trip

We had a blast at the armory condo. The location is perfect to get anywhere in Grand Haven. Everything was clean, comfortable, and we'll stocked We felt April was available if we needed anything. Thanks!

April’s condo was the perfect location for our girls weekend, within walking distance from everything. It is furnished beautifully, super clean, and had everything we needed. April was also amazingly accommodating and helpful with any and all questions we had and responded quickly. Thank you April for sharing your home away from home.

Beautiful condo!

We stayed here during an extended visit with our kids and grandkids. The location is wonderful and the condo is beautiful and very clean. The high ceilings and exposed brick are stunning. We would definitely stay here again!

Mother’s Day Weekend Stay

My family stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend. We usually stay at a hotel, but decided we would give this a try. Everything was very clean & welcoming. It’s located within walking distance to everything. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. There is music from about 8pm until midnight from the brewery. It wasn’t bothersome to us, but it might be to some. We would definitely recommend this location.

Perfect wedding weekend getaway!

We stayed here during a friend's wedding downtown and could not get over how perfect the location was! It was an easy couple minute walk to anywhere in town and you can't beat a coffee shop and brewery for convenience downstairs! April was incredibly accommodating with the reservation and details, making the weekend stress free. We were very comfortable in the beautiful condo as two couples with plenty of space and a great hang out area. Couldn't have asked for better, thank you April for making our stay fantastic!
