"This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. Right across from the beach with amazing views of the sunset each night. Small house but has everything you need! Nicely decorated and plenty of storage. Property manager was very prompt and helpful when we had an issue with the door lock! Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. "

"Traveled to Grand Rapids for a girls trip. The apartment was clean and as advertised with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee etc. Detailed instructions for check in/out were sent in a timely manner. Beds were fairly comfy and we had plenty of space to spread out. The only thing that might have been helpful was a luggage cart or trolly as we had lots of stuff and it was quite a dostance from parking garage to apt. Overall i would definitely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our long weekend on Mona Lake. The house was very well stocked and had every thing we needed. Kim the property manager was awesome and answered any question. We paid to rent the pontoon and loved cruising the lake but it needs more details in the description about the exact dates when the boat rental is extra! But we would definitely like to return in the future!"

"If you’re just using this home as a base for things like Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, Michigan’s Adventure, this is a great place. Lots of space for multiple families. Outside of home needs a lot of TLC including backyard. Inside was clean but beds were old and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t use the kayaks as the launch point is a couple blocks walk and didn’t want to deal with that."

"We had a fantastic stay at our cottage. Beach and bath towels were provided, space was clean and cozy, grill and fire pit out back with chairs. Even the internet access was great. "Great location and views! The house was very clean and comfortable. Views of the lake are fantastic. Updated appliances, however the refrigerator was uneven. The stairs to the beach are actually two properties to the north and are not easily accessible. One needs to walk down two steep sandy slopes to reach the top of the stairs. The beach is great. Good sand quality for making sand castles. The fire pit needs to be replaced as the bottom is rusted out. Did not use it for that reason....
