The house is super cute, My daughter loved the basement living area to hang out in. The house is in a great location close to several shops, and parks.

The host is amazing, and the property was perfect for our two families. I would highly recommend this property and host for a short or long-term stay in Grand Forks. The neighborhood was quiet, and we loved the hot tub and all the space in the house. We had a perfect weekend!

Host was very welcoming and communicated all instructions clearly. Space was fantastic, the photos did not do it justice. Large living room up stairs AND downstairs, plenty of space to spread out. Hot tub was brand new and worked flawlessly. Would certainly book with this host again.
