Let me begin by apologizing for what seems to be a very poor stay with us. After investigation it appears there are a few misconceptions. We do not allow smoking of any type in our hotel. This policy is stated at entrances and in other places. It is also included on the registration form, as you noticed and pointed out during check in. Unfortunately, we have occasional guests who disobey the rules. In fact, that particular night, two different rooms were charged for non compliance and asked to leave. The worker in question at time of checkin was seen having a conversation in full camera view inside and near the front desk for roughly 30 minutes prior to your checkin. Thank you for bringing all these issues to my attention, I will be sure to address each in order to improve for future guests.

We do indeed have an older budget hotel. Very few hotels still offer a free breakfast. Our continental breakfast does include waffles and cereal, but also juice, yogurt, fruit cups, muffins, and a variety of breads. The first room you were in needed the TV remote reprogrammed. I'm glad our staff was able to move you to a different room quickly where this srevice worked. Both rooms have brand new heaters that work very well, though we found the heater in your second room set oddly. I'm sorry you found us lacking, but I hope we were still able to provide you with a comfortable, affordable stay.
