Happy Bay Villa was incredible. It was a dream waking up with the views from every room. The landscaping was magnificent! The outdoor space, where we spent 90 % of our waking hours was just perfection. It truly was difficult to leave this home.

Thank for sharing such a wonderful home! We so enjoyed our vacation at Happy Bay Villa. The location was central and private but not isolated. The home was well cared for and equipped with everything we needed to have a relaxing visit. Your association with car rental company that allowed delivery to home and your transportation to home made getting there seamless and stress free! We have nothing but positive memories and would love to return to Happy Bay Villa!

We stayed at Happy Bay Villa for a week in April and totally enjoyed our stay. The view from the patio took my breath away each and every day. The heated infinity pool overlooking that view was amazing. We spent many hours hanging by the edge of the pool watching the boats sail by. There is also a private beach that is only accessible on foot or by boat. It's a 10 minute walk downhill but the return uphill is strenuous. The villa itself had everything we needed for 4 couples to cook and grill every day. Bathrooms were beautiful, great AC in the bedrooms, and well appointed. Hats off to the concierge and partner staff. They were very attentive following up to ensure all was going well and any requests we had were addressed same day. The internet is a bit slow but worked well enough to keep us happy. It may not be good enough if you were trying to work remotely but any island internet is not the same as what we get in US or Canada. Definitely returning to this villa.

We just got back from a one week stay at Villa 296, and we could not have been more pleased. Driving

We just got back from a one week stay at Villa 296, and we could not have been more pleased. Driving up to the house we were more than thrilled to look straight through the front door to the crystal blue ocean out the back. Every bedroom is well appointed with comfortable mattresses and pillows. And while they all open up to the pool, there is an inside hallway connecting them as well. This is important, as we did not want our small children to have to wonder outside to reach us. The entire house is in somewhat of a semi circle around the wonderful infinity pool. And then off in the distance, the ocean and a stunning view of Anguilla. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house. Everything is taken into account. There is an "American" power strip for those of us who do not want to bring adaptors/converters. There is a regular coffee maker, French press, and Nespresso machine. TVs were not in the bedrooms (which we enjoyed), but there was a centrally located media room, which was hooked up to the Dish Network. There was an exercise room, with its own shower/bathroom, which had machines, as well as hand weights and kettle bells. In addition to all of the house amenities, which kept us there for much of our trip, the house is quite close to Grand Case -- about a two minute drive to wonderful restaurants. And, the beautiful and secluded Happy Bay beach is a ten minute hike down the hill. Truly a gem of a place. We will definitely return!
