This was our second time staying at Dominique’s property. When we first arrived my husband left his brand new cell phone in the taxi, and Julia the property manager offered to take my husband to the taxi’s current location to find the phone. It ended up not being necessary but it was an incredibly kind offer. This property is exactly as described, has incredible views and is within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shops. We will continue to stay here over and over. Dominique and Julia are top notch and I have no doubt if we had an issue they would take care of it quickly. We can’t wait to stay again!

Fantastic location, great accommodation. The apartment was clean with lots of the basics available for use. Lounging on the sofa with the doors open viewing the vista and chilling on the beach was pretty much all we did. Walked along the beach to get a bite to eat and drink. It’s doable to walk on the road too. Julia was very helpful and informative. Dominique also helped us despite not being in the country! Don’t think twice just book it.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans le logement de Dominique à Grand-Case et nous nous sommes chaque jour félicité de notre choix. La situation de l’appartement sur la plage est idéale. La vue depuis le balcon est idyllique. La déco est faite avec goût et l’appartement est très bien équipé et propre. L’appartement ne donne pas sur la rue. Il est donc préservé des nuisances de la circulation. Il y a à disposition transats et parasols pour les journées plage. Dominique a été réactif en amont pour toutes les questions posées et l’accueil de Julia a été au top. Grand-Case est un village authentique avec ses lolos. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avions loué un véhicule ce qui nous a permis de visiter l’île mais il existe, à proximité immédiate faciles d’accès à pieds, de nombreux restaurants pour tous les budgets, des petites épiceries, des boutiques de souvenirs…Les 300m qui séparent le logement des cafés festifs permettent de ne pas être dérangés par la musique. La proximité de l’aéroport de Grand-Case crée l’animation grâce aux atterrissages d’avion (rares en basse saison). En conclusion, nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Perfect get away!

We loved this apartment so much. I loved waking up to the sight and sound of the waves and stunning beach. We loved the privacy we got. Felt like the entire beach was our own. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location close to great restaurants. Superb and friendly hosts, always attending to guests needs. The apartment is very well equipped which makes your stay stress free. Easy access to a nice beach. Highly recommended and would visit again.

Julia was kind and helpful in getting us oriented to the place. Dominique was also very thoughtful and checked in on us when he saw us around the property.The property was beautiful and had everything we needed including chairs, umbrellas, etc. We could walk beach or street side to many places in Grand Case, including plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores. There was always enough parking in the lot for us when we did take our rental car out.We would definitely stay here again!

Loved This Place

We could not have made a better choice than to stay at Grand Case and in this condo. If you are looking for a small-town beach vibe, then this is the place. There are so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance, and Dominique and Julia are the best trying to make sure you have everything you need. We especially liked the nice beach towels and the outlet power adapters they provided and the view was better than the pictures. We also loved that Happy Bay Beach and Friars Bay Beach are a walkable distance (less than a mile) from condo.

Agréable séjour.

L’hébergement est exactement tel que décrit. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et partagent avec enthousiasme leur amour de Saint-Martin. Ils donnent plusieurs conseils sur les lieux à voir et les restos. L’emplacement est assez loin de Grand Case pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit des activités mais suffisamment proche pour y aller à pied. Il y a un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied. Merci également à la gestionnaire Julia qui fourni également de précieux conseils en plus de nous accueillir à l’aéroport. Nous avons déjà réservé pour l’an prochain.

Another Wonderful Stay!

Once more, our stay at this studio was fantastic! Julia, Dominique, and Martine warmly welcomed us. We instantly felt at home. Everything about this property is outstanding- the setup, the appliances, the location- we wouldn’t change a thing. Dominique, Martine, and Julia are extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. The most incredible time!

It was our first time on the island, and we were so thrilled with our entire trip! Julia, the property manager, met us with the keys and walked us through everything we would need to know. We also got to meet Dominique and his wife during our stay and they are lovely people. They gave us great recommendations on places to eat which is always appreciated. The condo was exactly as described, on the most gorgeous beach in a phenomenal location. We easily walked to all the restaurants, grocery stores and the bakery which had incredible pastries every morning. We are already planning to come back and stay again! Just a couple tips for anyone that hasn’t been there before, definitely bring cash or stop at an ATM (the gps said there was one 3 minutes away from the condo but we didn’t need to try it so I’m unsure if it’s accurate.) a lot of restaurants only accepted cash tips, most places didn’t accept American Express either, just as a heads up. We can’t wait to come back!!

Lovely stay

This place is a Gem.. Dominique was incredible and so helpful in showing us places to go and see.. he even went so far as to drive us yo a nearby beach .. the location is perfect for a great beach day and so close to all the amazing restaurants. The condo is perfect, clean and has everything you need. We have already rebooked for next year!! Highly recommended this property .

Loved being right on the beach

Great location. Took abit of getting used to the area and everything being in French. Especially the grocery store. The condo had everything needed except maybe an oven. The hosts live upstairs and were awesome to deal with if not such a long flight we would go back sooner

Our own little piece of paradise

Third time back, I guess that says it all! Dominique and Martine are the best of hosts, quick to respond and going out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Amazing view. Go down a flight of stairs and your toes are in the sand. Short 10 min walk by the beach (no sidewalks and a little iffy street side) to all the the great restaurants of Grand Case, mini markets, boutiques.

10 days in a wonderful spot. Accommodations as described. Fantastic hosts and property manager. In an ideal location in Grand Case. Quiet yet walking distance to great restaurants. Beautiful beach. 5+ stars.

Great Location.

2nd floor apartment right on the water. Enough parking, but on a very busy street. Close to Frency's and Rainbow cafe. Close to a street full or restaurants. No seaweed. Bathroom stocked. Kitchen stocked. EASY checkout list. Dishes and trash need to be completed. Great communication and walkthrough of apt first day and last day. We weren't needy so didn't need communication throughout. Would definitely stsy her againvisit.

A High Five!!!

My wife and I loved Dominique’s unit in Grand Case. Right on the beach. Simple, super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the best restaurants. The best part of our stay was meeting Julia, the property manager. Julia gave us a tour of the unit and helped with the particulars and suggestions that made us feel comfortable. In addition, when we left we forgot our passports in the safe. Julia retrieved them and brought them to the airport. Really above-and-beyond service. Saved our butts - a truly remarkable lady!!!

Beatiful stay in Grand Case!

This is a lovely studio with an amazing view! The pictures are just as the place is. Its not super luxurious but exactly what we expected. Super location...we walked to dinner at amazing restaurants each night. Julia the property manager is just lovely and even brought us extra pillows which was our only complaint. We would defintely stay here again.
