Me gustó la alberca y jacuzzi indoor. El espacio de juegos para niños. Lo que no me gustó, fue el mal servicio que me dieron con el servicio de limpieza le pedí a varias personas que limpiaran mi cuarto y ninguna lo hizo todas las ocasiones que lo pedí. Pedí toallas y tampoco me las trajeron tuve que estar hablando para que lo hicieran. El olor en el cuarto no era agradable. Olía a humedad . Realmente me quedé algo decepcionada por el servicio.

Sucio, mal servicio en todo.
Solo limpian la habitación cuando entras. El desayuno es horrible en todos los aspectos : local, servicio, oferta y calidad. El aire/calefacción es muy ruidoso, hay que desenchufarlo todo para dormir xq el apagado del el sistema no funciona.

The resort was a pleasant surprise. All was fine. Only small minus was the coffee maker didn't work well, nor did the replacement coffee maker they brought us.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The staff was not the friendliest. Veronica checked us without looking at us or smiling even once. However, the gentleman helping us with our suitcases made up for it by being extra kind and sweet. Our room was very spacious and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom super clean. The kids LOVED the arcade. The pool and the hot tub were perfect after a long day at the canyon. The breakfast was OK, not my favorite, a little overpriced in my opinion. I have to thank the Squire Hotel staff, especially the house keepers and the housekeeping supervisor. I had forgotten my macbook charger in my room. They were so kind to find it and send it back to me!!! Thank you so much!!! I loved my stay here!

Appreciated the EV charging options. The non-Tesla charger wasn’t working so I used an adapter to charge my Hyuandai Kona on the Tesla port for free. Really appreciate the free charging and the great folks at check in desk, waiters at the restaurant, breakfast area, and the attendants at the gift shop. The hot tub was wonderful and bigger than most hotel hot tubs. The music wasn’t loud in the lobby - which is fantastic. Great stay overall!

This property is conveniently located just outside the gate of the Grand Canyon national Park. Everything that you could possibly need after a day of exploring the Grand Canyon is at your fingertips once you check in. The rooms are large and comfortable. The entire resort is very well kept and incredibly aesthetically pleasing.

Very spacious room. Negative: Only 4 sheets of Kleenex in the bathroom -- quickly gone. Was uncomfortable with unfamiliar shower style -- no shower door and water able to go all over the bathroom floor.

If you are going to the Grand Canyon this is a great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Hotel offers alot of ammenities. Bed was very comfortable. Pictures on the walls are bit creepy but they tell a history of the Canyon. My only issue is the Breakfast buffet should have more options in meat besides pork. Breakfast buffet is not worth it.

Overall this was a great pick to stay as I visited the Grand Canyon. Clean and lots to do at the resort (games, pool, gym) and within walking distance of some shops and dining. Parking at night can get a bit difficult but otherwise this is a great spot at half the price of the hotels in the park. 9/10 would stay again.

The good: Squire hotel is located close to Grand Canyon gate, about 10min drive. The bad, rooms are very dated in need of serious renovation. Our room had not working HVAC, just the loud fan blowing some air. Located on the ground level the window lock was broke. Serious safety concern. Thankfully maintenance guy fixed it in 15 min.

This property had many amenities to offer. There were multiple pools, hottubs, bars and games both indoors and outdoors. We were super impressed by infoor the bar/bowling alley! Do not hesitate to book this accomodstiin!

Newly renovated and clean property. Great heated pools. Nice to have arcade and bowling alley. Bad check-in experience with rude reception staff who clearly don’t communicate with each other. One reception staff member asked me to return for the arcade vouchers (they had run out) but when I did 30 minutes later, a different reception staff member had no idea what I was talking about and was very rude about it. Worst thing - this was a pre paid booking and the property charged me for 2 extra nights vs. my actual booking. Took a while to reverse the charges.
