Great Stay

Clean, easy to communicate with. Kitchen stocked with most everything. Loved that they allowed our dogs and there was a fenced yard, pooper scooper and ball. Great stay and will rent again when in the area.

Backyard view!!

We stayed a few nights with our young adult children and loved the place. Large kitchen table and kitchen to cook and enjoy meals together! The house was spotless and the living room couches were comfy! Loved the dog door for our doggy and the huge property out back. Great location. Thank you!

Great family location

Perfect home to gather with family. The house is clean and functional. The yard is beautiful and perfect for gatherings. We stayed with our siblings and their adult children and our parents.

Very convenient!

We loved our time at the Deer Rd property. Very comfortable and just a lovely house to stay at. Modern oven/stove and Fridge WITH ICE MAKER THAT WORKS!! Coffee available and easy to use. Very nice inside the bedrooms and bathrooms. Communication with the host was quick and thorough. I recommend this property to anyone staying in the Flagstaff area.

Beautiful Stay

Loved the property. Very clean, and even being close to the highway was no problem for our seclusion-loving family. It was nice to be able to hop on the 89 and go to the nearby restaurants and Sunset Crater while also having a ton of privacy when home. Loved it and will be book again for sure!

Spectacular

We had such a great stay at this property!!! It is clean, updated, very well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies ect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and even the hwy noise was not bothersome at all Everything was lovely; we where sad to leave.

Great home base for northern AZ

Very spacious, clean property with great amenities. Could have easily held twice our 6. Only complaint is that there was no food ball for the table soccer, lol. Looked all over town for one but no luck. Ended up using a plastic practice golf ball, which was fun but couldn’t showcase my old college skills. Great place, wouldn’t hesitate to go again.

Spacious, Comfortable Home with Views

We felt quite at home during our stay. Big bedrooms, especially the master, a big kitchen and large outdoor living spaces with gorgeous views of the San Francisco Peaks. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great house

We chose this location outside of town because we wanted to go RZR riding out on the trails. I would recommend it for any stay however, as it is still close enough to town. Clean and roomy. Definitely will book again!

Thank you so much for such a sweet home away from home. We were comfortable and the area was peaceful. The Views from the back yard are breathtaking. We appreciated the linens and coffee. Deer house in Flagstaff

Overall, the home was well stocked with essentials pans, blenders, baking dishes, plates etc. My 88yr old mother with COPD, had a hard time breathing in the master bedroom. I stayed in the room by the bathroom, the noise level from the highway never stopped. I left early the last night a dog barked all night long. Also, I followed instructions, cleaned the dog poo up, and started a load of towels when I left. I would have appreciated in the information book, where the nearest grocery store, and pharmacy locations. Overall, I would say this house is a nice house and out of the way with no stairs, which is exactly what I wanted. Totally relaxing to eat breakfast on the patio watching the cars go by, and watch the prairie dogs all 10 of them past the fence.

Great backyard!

The backyard was beautiful with a nice view of the mountains. We visited Sedona and Grand Canyon NP from this house and the drives were easy. Plenty of room in this house. We sent our pup to Kingsmark kennel nearby and it was wonderful also. We would stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient

Easy check in and out of property. House was large and accommodated our family and dog with lots of room. Main bedroom bed was comfortable and en-suite was a nice bonus. We didn’t use the twin bedroom but the other queen bedrooms were spacious. One of the queen beds sagged in the middle. Fireplace was so cozy and the family room was comfortable to rest in at the end of the day. It’s right off the highway so you may hear some traffic if you’re sensitive to noise but we brought a fan to drown it out. Overall a wonderful home away from home and central to travels around flagstaff area.

FABULOUS VRBO EXPERIENCE!

What a GREAT house. We had a "girls trip" with me, my sister my mom and her bestie. We got home Sunday and we are still talking about what a great time we had and how much we loved the house/property. The multiple sections of fenced yard were the BEST. It helped to create such a feeling of open outdoor space. The fenced backyard with fire-pit was just beautiful. We sat outside quite often and the dogs were so so happy. The house is clean, so pretty, and has everything you need to make the most of your stay. The property managers were kind and very responsive. We are without a doubt planning to go back next year. If you are considering this property, just go for it. You will not be disappointed. SO AWESOME

Large Space for Dogs

This property is perfect for pups. Lots of space to run and play. The house itself is comfortable and clean. It is a little out of town, about 15 minutes from major things. The neighborhood is quiet and no issues with neighbors. If you are looking for a large, clean space to hang out away from the downtown area, this is it. It really nice that they allow pups to come out and play. There is an unused chicken cope and horse stable near by and it gives off little farm vibes. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect family spot

My family had an awesome experience here. We were able to do the Grand Canyon, a little bit of snow sledding, and then just hang out at the house for an entire day of rest with beautiful backyard views, s’mores, and a little patch of grass for the kids to run around and play. Popped in a movie and mentioned I wished we had grabbed popcorn at the store... what do you know?! They had it there in the cabinet, along with spices, coffee, utensils... anything you could possibly need (and forget) they had. Tons of towels, toilet paper, shampoo... seriously they thought of everything and made our stay so easy and nice. I loved that the property is a little bit “country” and away from the main hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to all the amenities and just a short road trip to the Grand Canyon. Will definitely stay here in the future if we make it back to Flagstaff!

Great house in Flagstaff

Great house to stay while in Flagstaff to play in snow. Nice fenced yard for the dog was a huge plus. Would definitely book again in the future.
