    Ideally located at the tip of Pointe aux Canonniers, in a new secure, leafy residence, this 1st-floor flat is fully air-conditioned and has everything you need for a pleasant stay: lift access, 2 en-suite bedrooms, a laundry room, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and all leading onto your private 20 m2 terrace overlooking the garden.

    MY ACCOMMODATION
    Welcome to this magnificent flat nestling at the tip of Pointe aux Canonniers in a quiet, residential area: a privileged location! Its location will enable you to take full advantage of the beaches and all the nearby shops and amenities, whether you have a car or not.

    🛏️ : Comfortable bedrooms: enjoy a good night's sleep in our air-conditioned rooms. One is equipped with a king-size bed (180x200) and the other with twin beds (90x200). You will sleep on high-quality mattresses (bamboo fibre) and Egyptian cotton sheets.
    And if you need to get down to business, there's a desk in the master bedroom.

    NB: on request only, it is possible to convert the two twin beds into a double bed measuring 180x200 cm. Please specify when booking.

    🚿: Modern and stylish shower rooms: each bedroom has its own shower room. Each is equipped with a luxurious walk-in shower, toilet, bathroom cabinet, large washbasin and mirror with its illuminated strip.

    🛋️: Welcoming living space: relax in this airy living area (ceiling fan), which features a lounge area with sofa, Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, Prime Video, etc.) and internet connection to keep you connected.

    🍽️ : Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in this large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. You'll find everything you need: fridge, induction hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, various dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils and much more.
    And for your breakfasts, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a Nespresso are at your disposal.

    GOOD TO KNOW:
    As on the rest of the island, power cuts may occasionally occur (lasting from a few minutes to a few hours).
    The residence is equipped with an automatic generator that takes over to ensure essential comfort: water and all facilities remain available except for air conditioning, which does not work during these times. As it is located near the apartment, the generator is quite noisy, especially at night.

    THE RESIDENCE
    The flat is located in a brand-new residence in a green setting offering a range of activities:
    - a restaurant open from breakfast to dinner
    - a brand-new, air-conditioned gym - fee payable
    - 2 paddle tennis courts - fee payable
    - A communal swimming pool of over 20m - Free access

    🏖️ BEACHES
    You're just a 2-minute walk from the beach, where you'll have a view of the famous Coin de Mire opposite, or a 10/12-minute walk from the long, magnificent Mont Choisy beach, where you'll find a range of water sports and plenty of little shacks to eat in.

    SURROUNDINGS
    The convenient location and easy access to this flat will enable you to make the most of your stay:
    - Between 2 and 10/15 minutes' walk: nearby beaches and shops (a variety of local and international restaurants, bakeries, small convenience stores, petrol station, cheese shop, souvenir shops, ....).
    - Approx. 10 minutes' drive from Mont Choisy golf course
    - Approx. 10 minutes by car: Grand Baie, its Sunset Boulevard and all amenities (Super U, shops, shopping, bars, various restaurants, pharmacy, exchange offices, bowling, discotheques, various water sports activities, Ti-Bazar, etc.).

    For those not wishing to hire a car :
    - bus stops are +/- 10 minutes' walk away
    - Taxi rank: there is a taxi rank just outside the residence (daytime only).

    OTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE
    * Car hire is recommended for your independence and freedom of movement.
    * Bed linen, towels and pool towels provided - Excluding beach towels.
    * A full housekeeping service is provided every 7 nights or so (cleaning + change of towels and sheets).
    * Cleaning on departure is included in the price. However, please leave the accommodation in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.
    * Apartment not equipped or secured for children: they are your sole responsibility.
    * Smoking only outside.
    * We can help you book transfers and/or car hire.
    * If you arrive on an early morning flight or leave on a late flight, we recommend that you book an extra night for your comfort. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you outside check-in and check-out times.

    INTERNAL RULES
    To ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible, please read the house rules before booking:
    1/ Obligation to occupy the premises personally and to live in them responsibly, as a ‘bon-père de famille’.
    2/ No extra people or pets.
    3/ The accommodation must be left clean and tidy.
    4/ Any breakage, loss or damage must be reported to us immediately and must be replaced at your expense before your departure.
    5/ Welcome products: on arrival, you will be given a few welcome products to get your stay off to a good start. It is then up to you to buy what you need: toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, bin liners, etc.
    6/ Pests: because of the tropical climate, some pests (insects and others) may be present.
    7/ Personal belongings: once you have the keys, it is your responsibility to ensure that all openings (windows, bay windows and front door) are locked when you leave the accommodation. The Owner cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or theft during your stay.
    8/ Communal swimming pool: no alarm or barrier. You will be solely responsible in the event of personal injury or negligence or lack of supervision on your part.
    9/ You may not object to a visit to the premises if we ask you to do so.
    10/ On arrival, we will check the person's identity (passport) to ensure that it is the same person who made the booking.
    11/ In the event of early termination of the stay by the Tenant, no refund will be made.
    12/ The rules of life of the co-ownership must be respected.

    TOURIST TAX : As of 1 October 2025, the Mauritian government has introduced a tourist tax of €3 per person per night.
    ******* This tax is separate from the deposit and will be collected at check-in. It MUST be paid in EUROS and in CASH. Please have the exact amount ready.*******
    Tax applicable to all travellers aged 12 and over.
