The location was fantastic. We could see the slopes and the lifts from our condo. Parking was easy, and access to the slopes was simple. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed for a stay-cation. We loved it.

Lovely ski weekend

We really enjoyed this property, especially the ability to ski in and out and the views. Also glad there were a lot of hooks and shelves to hang wet ski clothes. It was clean and the owners were communicative which is always nice. I wish it had a washer/ dryer in the condo, not just on the premises. Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed the condo.

Wonderful access outside, and a beautiful place to stay

Great views, easy to get to anything outside! If you come in the winter, ski-in-ski-out access is a breeze. Summer visitors get quick access to the downhill bike trails, or just a short drive from some of the best hiking in the country!

Very close to chair lift

We could see chair lifts from kitchen window. The condo was clean and felt like we were visiting grandma’s house. I liked the cards with different instructions on the wall. Kitchen had all necessary items and then some. Perfect location.

Review of "Winter Wonderland at Granby Ranch" Hosts: Cheryn M-C & Dennis Our recent family ski trip to "Winter Wonderland at Granby Ranch" was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfectly situated for ski-in and ski-out access to the Granby Ranch Ski Resort, making it incredibly convenient for our family, especially with two children under 8. The hosts, Cheryn M-C and Dennis were outstanding in their hospitality. They always responded quickly to our questions and provided valuable information about the area. Their local sports and activities recommendations added a personal touch to our trip. Staying over the New Year's was a special highlight. The condo offered a prime viewing spot for the spectacular fireworks display by Granby Ski Resort, creating a magical New Year's Eve experience for our family. As for the condo itself, it was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home away from home. It was fully stocked with everything needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Great Location

This condo was everything that was described. The location is great for access to Granby Ranch with an easy Ski in/Ski Out ability. The host is very responsive to any problems that arise and will check on guest periodically to make sure everything is going well with the stay. Thank you for allowing my family a place to relax and enjoy the mountains.

A Slice of Heaven!

It could not have been a better weekend! This was my 7yo's sons first ski experience, and this condo made it perfect! A warm, welcoming condo that feels like a comfy t-Shirt. We were completely at ease- which made it so relaxing. The condo is clean, and tidy. The owners have thought of all the details to make it easy to stay. Plenty of cooking items and dish wear, lots of essentials like ice, seasonings, condiments and the like are on hand so you don't have to drag everything from home. We didn't want to leave, once we got into the condo as it was just right. It has the feeling of home...not a sterile commercial feel. you know you're staying at a place that the owners use and love, because it is set up for comfort. Furniture and beds was nice and well kept. Views are exceptional, easy to ski in and out of... and the Ski area is perfect for families. We will be back! Had to promise my son a return visit soon as he was sad to leave.

Home away from home!

We have visited the Rainbow Connection for many years. It is the perfect place to recharge mind, body and soul. Close to everything you need with lots of outdoor opportunities year round. The property feels so warm and welcoming the moment you arrive and Cheryn and Dennis (fabulous owners) have worked hard to make it a home away from home. We can’t recommend a finer stay in Colorado!

Fantastic, even in the rain.

What a wonderful place to just sit, read a book, watch the hummingbirds, and enjoy the view. Make sure if you decide to stay to fill the bird feeders from the container on the balcony. There's also sugar in one of the cabinets to make hummingbird nectar. It's been so nice to escape the heat and humidity of the midwest in August. Having some basic cooking ingredients and spices was a lovely touch.

You can stop looking now!

Just like the title says.. You can stop looking now because you have found your next vacation spot. This property is perfect! We stayed for a week over Spring Break and it was exactly what we needed. The unit is literally ski in/out. I read some other reviews stating otherwise and was initially concerned that the knees and back were going to do more walking than I wanted. WRONG! We literally skied up to the breezeway of the unit, clicked out of our skis and within 30 seconds we were inside having lunch. The unit itself was furnished with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, so be sure not to overpack. In some cases 2 of everything.. The unit is clean and was spacious enough for my family of 4 to spread out and have some alone time after a full day together on the slopes. And the hot tub... The hot tub is a life saver after a long day on the slopes. It’s like having your own Colorado hot springs right there in your unit. The mountain itself is perfect for all types of skiers. From beginner to advanced there is something for everyone. It was my sons (10 and 13) 2nd time skiing (first time was Granby as well) and the mountain is small enough where we felt comfortable turning them loose yet big enough where they did not get bored with doing the same runs over and over. The best part was being able to look out the window and check on them periodically.. The owners were fabulous. They provided us weather updates before the trip and prepared us for the storms that were going to be hitting the same day we arrived. They followed up the day of check in to make sure we made it safe and to see if we had any questions.. What really impressed me was them following up with us to ensure we made it home safe. We are frequent VRBO users (3-5 times a year) and this was by far our best experience. We are already planning a return for next year! Do yourself a favor and hit that reserve button. You will not regret it! Thank you for everything Cheryn and Dennis!
